Pros

COINS has a convenient web platform with simple interfaces. Accessing a wide variety of project data is made easy.

Cons

It is updated often, which is both a pro and a con. Some testing is involved but it's usually worth it for the enhancements.

Efficient system

Pros

COINS system works well for our company. Running reports for jobs, AP and employee services is very easy. The test environment is particularly helpful when upgrading the system. Compared to other ERP systems I've used, COINS is very effective.

Cons

Its documentation needs to be updated. I've tried to use it when I had questions but the information is either missing or outdated.

It is highly customizable to meet most of our organization's needs. The user interface is nice and modern, with most screens functioning similarly, making the product feel fluid.

Cons
