“Decent platform with room for improvement

Pros

I like how multiple people can jump in and work on the same project at once. It makes collaborating with my team so much smoother.

Cons

Sometimes tagging people doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like and there can be delays when trying to notify team members about specific sections they need to work on.

“Reliable tool with great support

Pros

Setting everything up was easy. I didn't need a lot of training or support and everything I need is right there on the screen. The platform is interactive and the collaboration tools are a huge bonus. Honestly just the ability to collaborate like this makes it totally worth having.

Cons

It doesn't work great across different devices and the RFI management still needs more features. It also tends to run slow at times and you need a solid internet connection for it to work properly.

“Best Support Every Time

Pros

I really appreciate how transparent the platform is. No hidden surprises, everything is clear about what the company offers. Managing my partnerships and account details has been simple and smooth.

Cons

I just wish it was faster. I haven't found any other issues so far though.

Coordinating tasks with my team and setting up schedules is very easy. I can manage everything remotely which has been a huge help in staying organized.

Pros

I loved being able to try this out for free first. The interface is user friendly and the online tutorial made everything click quickly. Setting up projects was simple. I could assign team members, upload different types of documents and share them easily. The timesheet feature is especially easy to use.

Cons

I couldn't find any built-in messaging features which I really need. Any good collaboration platform should have both formal and informal communication options.

“Easy and Simple software

Pros

The interface is really user friendly. It feels just like organizing files on my computer, so the transition was smooth. I also like having full control over permissions, knowing exactly who can view, edit or delete content, it gives me peace of mind about security.

Cons

It can be a little sluggish sometimes and I really hope they fix this soon. Also, no smartphone support is a letdown. But other than that everything works perfectly.

“Simple communication & file sharing

Pros

It has improved how my team collaborates. Signing in with my email gives me access to all the projects I need to see and the interface is familiar like using Windows Explorer. Creating folders is as simple as one click and I can arrange them however I want. The security features are awesome too. I can control who can view, edit or delete anything. Plus, my homepage shows upcoming deadlines and events and I can easily hover over items for more details when I have the right permissions. It's so convenient to adjust schedules and tasks directly from my desktop.

Cons

I've noticed it runs slow at times but that's really the only downside I've come across. Hopefully they'll address it soon.
