Cons
It's sometimes difficult to handle different tasks. Each job site needs different approaches, and I felt the software couldn't always be adjusted to reflect the varying touchpoints.

Pros
It was very easy to use, even for some employees who struggled with new programs. It's quite intuitive.
Cons
I can't think of many things I didn't like about this program. When working with a lot of data and information, it was a bit slow, and future updates could make it faster.

“We couldn't work like we do with Contractor's Cloud”
Pros
This software is highly customizable to our needs. The Contractor's Cloud team has always been amazing to me and my team! It strikes just the right balance with marketing, both before, during, and after the project. We absolutely love the production functionalities it offers. We've been using CC for 3 years now and see it as an essential part of our remodeling business. We explored many software options before choosing Contractor's Cloud!
Cons
I don't have any least likes. When I tell Contractor's Cloud about a need, I'm listened to and accommodated as best as possible! I do wish I could find duplicates in our system better because my front office person keeps entering the same customer multiple times. :0
