It was quite awkward to use. It felt almost like operating an old DOS machine compared to a Windows computer. It didn't have a modern appearance or interface.

It has some impressive features that I haven't seen in other roofing software, such as a customer portal and integration with top companies like EagleView, ABC, and CompanyCam.

Contractor's Cloud isn't well organized. It's confusing and not easy to work with at all. The flow was off, and even though it had some decent features like a whiteboard or messaging, they were not set up well, so we didn't use them. With the high cost per user, you're paying for all the extras, which made it seem pricey if you were not using the software to its full potential. I looked into at least 10 different CRMs and tried 3. A friend in the same industry recommended this one, but it was far from perfect, and I really wanted to like it. I used it for a solid 6 months, but never managed to get it running smoothly or being truly beneficial for our company.

I briefly used this at my last job as a contractor partner administrator. It was excellent for managing a construction crew and keeping all the notes updated. It definitely enhanced overall organization and productivity.

The mobile app could use some improvement. It's not as advanced as the computer version. Some features are still pretty outdated and not current.

Contractor's Cloud has been a great asset to our business. As a fast-growing small business, we were thrilled to find it. The software has consolidated our accounts with features we had NOT considered but are now grateful for. Communicating with our sales team is now easier, and tracking project statuses (payments, expenses, and completions) is more efficient, giving us time to focus on other areas of our business.

I'd prefer fewer clicks when adding things like expenses and work orders. It would be better to add all the information in one window rather than clicking through multiple windows.

Managing all aspects of our construction business through a single software application has proven invaluable. Contractor's Cloud is so adaptable that we believe any company could tailor it to their needs. For us, it includes everything we need and more, and we look forward to implementing additional features as we grow. The ability to provide input on design features and bugs is very valuable to us as well.

It's incredibly difficult for my team in the field to use from the mobile platform. They can't upload from the field and accessing information from the mobile platform is challenging. Using the web-based platform on tablets is easier, but there should be better access and control from the mobile phone version.

Contractor's Cloud perfectly combines ease of use with advanced features. Through experience, I've found other platforms either lack an intuitive interface or don't offer detailed steps for tracking customers throughout the process. Contractor's Cloud is user-friendly and allows us to customize it to meet our specific needs. We track projects from lead generation through production to final invoicing, including P&L for each project. This software has been instrumental in organizing, analyzing, and growing our business.

I haven't found any downsides so far. I've been very satisfied with everything from customer service to the product itself.

Pricing is an issue. It's very hard to download from CC to your devices; to download pictures (which is very common in the roofing business), you have to download each picture one by one. There are no easy options to export pictures. If your card doesn't go through, you lose access to the software immediately.
