Pros
Once training was complete, the operation was excellent, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy.
Cons
I wouldn't call them cons, but there were a few glitches when I first started, some due to my own errors and some due to the system. These were resolved quickly, and we got back to work.

Scheduling and timesheets are exceptionally well-organized, making them very useful. The structure and clarity provided help streamline the process, making it much easier to manage and track time and schedules effectively.
Cons
When filling out timesheets, a feature to advance to the next day for the same job would be helpful so that I don't have to return to the main timesheet template and select the next day.

Pros
The best aspect of the software is that it's web-based and very intuitive. We use it seamlessly across all devices, from phones to desktops. The integration is very straightforward and quick.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to report. We're a demanding company and requested a lot of customization, which was handled without any issues.
