“Helpful and effective”

I like it because it's really easy to use and super helpful in architecture. It brings a lot of different functions together in one platform. I also think Newforma is amazing when it comes to sharing.

Cons

It can get a little slow sometimes but honestly, it's not a big issue for me.

What I like most is how easy it is to access records. In the environmental services industry, you need to keep records for at least 5 years and this software makes it simple to store everything in one place for clients.

Cons

Since I use both the company server and Newforma, I sometimes forget to upload files into the software because I've already saved them on the company server.

I mostly use it for project management and file transfers. I can also save emails and create links to different areas within the same project. It makes things really easy, especially for sending files and generating reports.

It runs slow and the search functions aren't that advanced. On top of that, the license is a bit pricey, so I think it's worth comparing it with other software options.

It makes it simple for me to gather daily information. I love it because it's accurate and flexible to use. It helps me send files to my project team, generate reports and prepare other project documents without any stress.

Going through this software can be a real headache at times. The system slows down and sometimes my team and I have to do certain tasks manually.

I actually like how well the "back" button works and it makes it easy to retrace my steps when I need to.

The interface doesn't feel friendly at all. Normally, I can figure out software on my own but with this one, I feel like it would take about a week of training. There's way too much clicking and guessing. It feels bloated like it tries to do too much, and it honestly causes cognitive overload. I even need two screens just to see the full width of the interface. Maybe it'll get better the more I use it but my first experience with this software was terrible.

It works well as a database and for structuring files across multiple projects. It helps me manage information and as a basic project management and file transfer tool, it does the job well enough.

Cons

It looks and feels outdated from the start and it's hard to find what I need because the buttons and options don't feel simple. The way it stores data feels outdated too, more like a dumping ground. The search isn't thorough and sorting through related information isn't easy at all.

What I appreciate about this product is how it saves emails and creates links with emails from different professionals working on the same project. It also helps with job costing, machinery tracking and creating material schedules. For project managers, it makes it easy to manage submitted files and build good, effective work schedules.

Cons

The UI doesn't feel user friendly or easy to use and the pricing structure is also something I'm not happy with.

After using the free trial, my organization bought it but honestly, I think it's more expensive than other options out there.
