“Fantastic software”
Pros
It is super intuitive and easy to use. It consolidates everything into one system and has fantastic automation features that are simple to implement. After three unsuccessful software companies, we made more progress in weeks with ProDBX than we did in nine months with our previous systems.
Cons
Commercial bidding and estimating require some custom workarounds and are not as integrated into the system as residential jobs.

“Great ERP Platform”
Pros
I founded my company in late 2016 with the plan to implement a complete ERP system from the start. DBX has enabled me to do so. The platform is comprehensive, covering all modules, highly customizable, and the support is flawless. I also want to mention that the DBX team has a great culture, positively impacting our communication for support. The platform is constantly updated. Our teams use it effortlessly. Choosing DBX has allowed us to scale our business, and we are confident this will continue.

“First CRM Purchase/Implementation Experience”
Pros
This software instantly modernized our fencing company. Our favorite feature is that it has cut our lead time in half and made writing and emailing proposals incredibly easy.
Cons
The only thing ProDBX is missing is an app for devices. Having to log in each time you arrive at a job site gets repetitive. Not a huge downside, but a downside nonetheless.

“Amazing Product, Allows Us To Be More Productive”

A few specific things we enjoy about Pro DBX are: - Customer service is their top priority. Anytime I call or have a question, it's answered extremely quickly. - The ability to quickly and efficiently send quotes to customers with pre-set fields that help us know exactly how much material we need for each project. - Customers who sign contracts immediately receive a text and email notification, move into the customer category, and a task is created to ensure we get them on the schedule.

This is the second CRM system I've used, and I have nothing but good things to say about DBX. It is incredibly comprehensive and makes my life easier daily. Although I work in the office, the best part is that our sales force can easily use the system in the field to produce on-the-spot customer proposals that are instantly available to our customers. This speeds up and simplifies obtaining new business for us! The ROI this system offers any business is undeniable. It handles customer tracking, demographics, correspondence, financials, surveys, invoicing, essentially everything in one place. The DBX team has continually worked with us to craft and customize the program to our needs, always being there when we need them. I highly recommend the DBX program for complete business management. The only thing it doesn't do is buy lunch.

I want to disclose that I am a DBX employee, but I use the system, so I feel I can provide a rating from a sales guy's perspective. I recently came from ArmorActive Inc., which transitioned from Salesforce to Microsoft AX over two years. The difference between those systems and DBX is like night and day, making my life easier. I enjoy the system, or I probably wouldn't still be working here! The response time is fast, and the layout is simple, minimizing the number of clicks needed to complete tasks. Everything in the system is designed to reduce clerical work for every department. Because of my bad experiences with CRMs, I am passionate about helping other businesses streamline their processes. My experience with CRM/ERP systems includes Insightly, Driven, Less Annoying CRM, QuickBooks, AX Dynamics, Salesforce, and Excel spreadsheets.
