“The app is very simple to use and makes dispatching so easy

Pros

I love being able to see each tech and their progress on completions throughout the day. The messaging feature for direct communication with them through the app is fantastic.

Cons

The software is good, but it needs updates, especially because technicians often struggle to find work orders and can't see pictures or send us messages.
