I appreciate that Field Complete offers very detailed videos to help users understand their products better. Their representatives are always available to assist when you call or email.
Cons
My least favorite part about Field Complete is that I can't delete certain items; I have to contact my representative to do it for me.

Pros
The feature to submit invoices directly to customers via email is fantastic. Having all pictures and documents sent along with the invoice is a great option.
Cons
Searching property addresses, work orders, and job IDs could be more intuitive. I can't delete uploaded documents directly, only uncheck them.

I enjoy the ease of scheduling work for our technicians anytime, anywhere without having to drive to the office! I can also track our technicians' time and updates in real-time.
Cons
I haven't faced any issues so far, having an "update" feature to send clients current pictures would be great, but otherwise, I've had no complaints. I love it!

It is simple and easy to use. Syncs with QuickBooks. You can pull almost any report. I like the color changes after a work order is updated and seeing who last updated or created the work order. All communication from techs, dispatchers, and accountants is visible. I appreciate how the software sends emails with supporting documents and pictures attached.
Cons
I need training on how to create and save filters for pulling reports. It would be helpful if the software sent notifications if a work order was revised after completion.
