“Many appreciated features and integration
Pros
There are many aspects I appreciate: 1. The look and feel: it's tidy and makes sense. 2. The ability to split material types on a site request to get quotes from different vendors. 3. Stock monitoring: this has been excellent for us. We never really tracked stock before and would run short because items bought for one job got used on another. 4. Seeing real costs versus planned costs on one screen. Our operations team loves this. 5. Communication between our site crews and suppliers. We had some damaged goods that our receiver noted. The vendor was alerted immediately and replied within the platform that same day about shipping replacements. 6. The option to set permissions and decide how many sign-offs are needed before an order goes through. 7. The strong link with our main business system (Vista). 8. The AI tool that reads a picture of a delivery ticket and automatically checks off the received items.
Cons
We assumed material receipts would automatically update in Vista but they don't. The team is collaborating with us to fix this.

Pros
A very clever and orderly buying program with AI built in. They connect with several Accounting and Project Management systems.
Cons
The layout could be improved. New users sometimes struggle to follow the buying steps. The mobile application is simpler for on-site staff.

“simple for purchase orders
Pros
Truly I love how simple the platform is to operate and handle purchase orders. It makes the accounts payable process very easy and seeing our crews add proof of delivery and photos directly to the order gives us confidence before we pay!love it!
Cons
Nothing significant.. having more columns on the purchase order would be helpful particularly a length column since many of our items require it. This is being developed so it's barely a problem. It's minor but I'd rather purchase orders were in portrait orientation instead of landscape.

“saves time with AI
Pros
I like how it saves me a ton of time every day. The AI function is a big help so I don't have to type every single line on a bill or order by hand.
Cons
We've faced occasional software glitches but every problem I've had has been fixed rapidly thanks to the help desk and their team!

“Organized buying and great support
Pros
The platform made it very simple to organize our buying and material handling as we launched a new in-house projects team. The layout is clean, logical and cuts out the usual delays in procurement. I loved how simple it was to compare vendor quotes, follow orders and keep everything sorted in a single spot. Their help desk was also outstanding.. very quick to reply, very expert and clearly dedicated to helping us improve our process. It saved our group hours, cut down on mistakes and made talking to our suppliers across different jobs much better.
Cons
Almost nothing. The only tiny suggestion would be to include a couple more sophisticated data summary options but even as it is the system works excellently and provides solid results.
