“Love the constant updates

The project planning depth is huge. I love how they keep adding new features and explaining them in detail.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about this system. It's so easy to manage and it's helpful in keeping track of our projects. I can track everything without worrying about privacy issues which is important for us. It just works without any unnecessary complications and that makes my life a lot easier.

“Essential software you can't do without

Pros

It's very easy to use for everyone on the team. Whether you're tech-savvy or not, the interface is designed in a way that makes it easy for anyone to pick up. Everyone can jump in without needing much training and that saves us a lot of time. It doesn't matter if it's the first time using it or if you've been using it for months, the flow is simple and everyone gets the hang of it quickly. This has been a game-changer for us because it reduces the usual confusion with new software.

Cons

NO CONS. I find this product extremely easy to use. From the moment I started using it, I felt like I knew exactly what to do.

“Best App for Abatement and Demolition

Pros

It's hands down the most complete app for our industry (abatement and demolition). It makes everything so much easier, speeds up the process and is really simple to use and manage. It's definitely one of the best things to happen to our field in years.

Cons

It helps out a lot. I haven't run into any major issues yet. The features are great and the system has really streamlined how we manage things.

One thing I wish it had is a demo or training video that I could share with new users. It would make onboarding a lot easier and quicker for new people. But apart from that, once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use.

I love how efficient and easy It is to use. The layout is clean, the features are amazing and it's easy to find exactly what I need without going through unnecessary steps.

It can be annoying when trying to add worked hours per day for all employees at once on a timesheet. It would be great if that process was more streamlined. But other than that, it's been great for payroll overall.

It is really easy to use & there's so much it can do. Whether I'm on-site or at the office, I can get everything I need done without jumping through hoops.

It has had a few minor glitches here and there. I've had trouble with some forms not loading properly but nothing that's been a dealbreaker.

The inventory module and barcode scanning feature are great. I can quickly scan items in and out, making the whole process of managing stock way faster and less prone to errors. It's so simple to check the current inventory levels in real-time and I can easily update anything as needed.

The data and analytics could use a bit more polish. While it gets the job done, sometimes it's not as detailed or easy to use as I would like. But it's still useful, just not perfect.

The team is always ready to answer my questions and create the custom reports I need to run my business more effectively. Special shoutout to their team, they saved me 4 hours on payroll prep by making custom reports for me!

Sometimes, I find myself stuck and not sure how to do certain things, so I end up calling support to ask for help. It's not a huge deal but it would be nice to figure things out on my own more often. Still, their support is helpful when I need it.

What I appreciate most is that everything is in one place. One portal does it all! I also appreciate how easy it is to customize and they keep adding cool features.

Implementing everything, especially the inventory, can take time and that's probably my biggest headache. But honestly that's more about our data entry process than FieldFlo itself. Once it's set up, it works really well.

The team is awesome. They're really knowledgeable and it has so many great features packed in.

It's not perfect when it comes to working across different office locations but in most cases, it's not a big deal. We've managed fine but it would be nice if that aspect could be more simple for those with more remote teams.

The features and customization options are fantastic. The development team is always improving things and it's come a long way from the original project management tool. The web-based platform makes it easy to access even if I don't have my personal device. Plus, being able to have multiple windows open at once makes it way easier to get things done without constantly jumping back and forth.

Cons

Some of the features require a little time to figure out and the setup can take a while, depending on which functions you want to use. It's not just flipping a switch; sometimes you have to set things up in different parts of the program to make them work together. But it's not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.
