FieldGroove has enable us to expand our business.

Pros

I really like the scheduling feature. It's great that I can create invoices and email them directly. I don't have to worry about tracking unpaid bills anymore. I can easily view my leads, jobs, and outstanding invoices.

Cons

I still can't figure out how to add or remove trucks. Some features are hidden, and you need to know how to access them. I'm also not a fan of the Calendar having times associated with it. I place all the jobs at the top so the team can see them on their phones. If I set a time for a job, the team might miss it.

Pros

The simplicity of handling data and the option to restrict functionality for different users is fantastic.

Cons

There's no job audit capability. I can't track changes made by different people. Notes can be erased with no history, which could lead to potential issues.

Cons

Fieldgroove - An Intuitive Solution

Pros

The simplicity of use takes the guesswork out of tracking follow-ups. Aside from email, it's a comprehensive tool for all my daily tasks.

Cons

Customer service is quick to respond but doesn't often resolve issues unless there's an iteration release.

Insulation workflow application

Pros

FieldGroove fits well with our insulation service workflow, so integrating it into our process was pretty smooth. The team is open to feedback to further enhance its accessibility.

Cons

New feature updates sometimes take longer than expected, but critical fixes are handled quickly.

Great product

Pros

The software is really easy to navigate, and it proves to be extremely useful for keeping track of both today's jobs and those scheduled for the future. It simplifies the process of monitoring my daily tasks and planning ahead, making it a great tool for staying organized and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

I don't mind logging in with my email and password, but having to enter a separate access code is inconvenient.

Amazing software

Pros

I love all the options available. Customizing our quotes is fantastic, and having all the info (bids, schedules, etc.) on my iPad is incredibly convenient. I can work from anywhere!

Cons

Despite a few glitches, the admin team does a great job fixing them.

An advance in efficiency

Pros

Digital records for all job phases are easily accessible. There are great spaces to make notes on customers, jobs, and work tickets. The customer service has been very supportive in streamlining updates tailored to our needs.

Cons

Tablet and cell phone usage don't seem fully integrated yet. Updates occasionally cause bugs or data loss. There's a persistent glitch with functions on the actions tab in certain job accounting sections that requires closing and reopening the app each time.

Pros

Creating bid forms is a simple process, and the feature that allows me to duplicate forms is particularly convenient. It streamlines the setup and saves time by letting me quickly reproduce similar forms without having to start from scratch each time. This makes managing and issuing bids much more efficient.

Cons

Some of the functions are not very intuitive, making them challenging to navigate and use effectively. It can be difficult to understand how to operate certain features without a clearer explanation or more straightforward design.
