They keep charging my credit card after cancelling subscription year ago. Not responding.

Pros

Using it online with others was great for managing project tasks.

Cons

I started using Gantter in 2021, but by the end of the year, I no longer needed it due to business reasons. I stopped and canceled my subscription in 2022. However, a year later in 2023, they charged my credit card again. Even though I logged in, I still see no active subscription.

Deleting tasks as I type

Pros

The software stands out due to its affordable pricing, extensive feature set, and intuitive interface. The competitive price makes it accessible to many users, while the wide range of features ensures that all project management needs are met. Also, the interface is designed to be intuitive, making it easy for users to navigate and utilize the software efficiently. This combination of cost-effectiveness, comprehensive capabilities, and ease of use makes it a strong choice for both new and experienced project managers.

Cons

The software is not functioning properly; it deletes tasks as I enter them. No matter where I try to input tasks, they disappear before I can even press return.

Good value for low price

Pros

For affordable software, it has numerous features to help create a successful schedule. I appreciate that task names can be shown on the Gantt chart view. Plus, the software runs quickly, like a Google Sheet, unlike others that take time to process inputs, slowing down productivity.

Cons

The customer support needs improvement. There's no chat feature, and when I submit a request ticket, the support doesn't directly address my question. To my knowledge, there's no option to call for help. They just refer me to user guide videos that don't really answer my question.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE

Pros

The program itself is decent, but there's no way to communicate with the company.

Cons

Dealing with this company feels like interacting with AI; there's no way to discuss any issues I might have.

Would be the perfect PM tool if not for the price...

Pros

The best things about Gantter are that it imports MS Project files accurately and feels like a native Google App.

Cons

The pricing is much higher compared to its competitors, and it lacks native apps for both desktop and mobile.

Gantter

Pros

What I liked about the software is that it allows my team to easily track time and budget throughout the entire project.

Cons

What I like the least about this software is that it was a bit challenging to learn. The learning curve turned out to be longer than I expected.

Gantter as a classroom based support tool

Pros

An excellent tool that's simple to use and well-received by students as it simplifies a complex subject and makes it relatable.

Cons

Nothing specific stands out. The lack of detailed knowledge about the product's intricacies can be challenging, but there is support available, and the interface is quite intuitive, which helps overcome obstacles.

One of the easiest ways to make a Gantt Chart in GSuite

Pros

This software used to be completely free. There are many integrations, and the UI is clean and easy to navigate. The webpage sharing feature is great, as are the other export methods.

Cons

Now that it costs money, I'm less inclined to use it. Additionally, adjusting dependencies and rearranging things can take some time to get used to, but that's typical with Gantter.

Gantter - Great for training and ease of use

Pros

I train people in project management at the KZN Business Training Centre in South Africa. I use Gantter in training sessions for participants to capture their projects. I encourage them to use the paid version in their organizations, likely increasing the product's adoption. Gantter is easy for learners to grasp in the course's limited duration, and they love it! It's great for me as the facilitator as they have a great learning experience and can get hands-on, seeing meaningful results.

Cons

I don't dislike anything , it meets our needs perfectly.

Tried to use it, not worthy

Pros

Gantter is a project management tool, but managing multiple projects with it is cumbersome. It feels like an outdated tool.

Cons

The user interface is not great; it's sluggish and doesn't respond as expected. I wouldn't recommend it.

Gantter for use in VCE Software Development

Pros

The software is accessible anytime, anywhere. My past students have mentioned how easy it is to use, and they like it because they already use Google Chrome and appreciate that it's a Google Add-On. I like it too for its ease of use and use it as a teaching tool.

Cons

I dislike that the free subscription is limited. Last year, my Year 12 students used it and requested an extension, but it wasn't granted. They had to redo their SAT with another project management tool, which took time away from their already tight schedule.

Works Great for my Students

Pros

Cloud-based, removing the need to manage software on different platforms and OSs. Integration with MS Project helps with student efficiency. As an instructor, I can monitor class progress without interfering with their work. Integration of Risk Management is significant as it's always challenging to convey the importance of proper risk awareness in an academic setting. Integration with Google is also helpful as students are often already set up to collaborate with their tools.

Cons

There are always challenges with web-based tools, but Gantter does a commendable job of addressing the limitations of browser-based software.

Best cloud Guntter

Pros

Gantter is incredibly simple to start using, making it accessible even for beginners. Its user-friendly design ensures that new users can quickly get up to speed without extensive training. The intuitive interface and clear instructions help users navigate the software effortlessly, allowing them to focus on their tasks rather than learning how to use the tool. This combination of simplicity and user-centered design makes it a welcoming option for anyone looking to manage projects efficiently.

Cons

The reload time can be slow, making it hard to manage the project sometimes.

It has helped me a lot when creating the planning of my degree project

Pros

Not having to download the application to create my Gantt diagrams and plans, along with Google contacts for sending information and assigning activities. The inclusion of Gantter as a Google Drive add-on where I can save all documentation and planning so it can be shared and modified by everyone involved in my planning. Compatibility with programs like Microsoft Project and the ability to export to various formats like XML, PDF, and JPG.

Cons

Sometimes it's frustrating how the software handles task times. With many options, it becomes a bit tricky to use, and changing dates automatically can be nearly impossible, complicating simple planning.
