Pros

This estimating and bidding system is simply the best, quick, and user-friendly and works exceptionally well for unit-price contracts. It gives the methods to price individual bid items to reflect the bidders evaluations of quantity, value, and risk for each item, taking care of numbers fluctuations, etc.

Cons

A system that functions so effectively and has a technical support staff that is super skilled cant have room for cons. To ensure that the system is continually cutting edge and meets the needs of its users, HCSS incorporates user feedback into future software releases.
