Recently, you made changes to the way we can contact and connect with our customers by having all calls and texts go through your switchboard. This new process limits our communication with potential customers and slows down the entire process. It's even worse when the switchboard has connection problems or errors that prevent us from reaching our customers.

I dislike the frequent changes they make. Just when I get used to one thing, they go and change the layout again. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the fact that the customers' direct phone numbers no longer show up; instead, they go through the operator's number.

It would be great if the flooring and wall finishes matched popular vendor products, so I can provide clients with more realistic renderings and layouts for their projects. The website creation could use some improvement.

Over the years, I have used multiple 2D and 3D platforms. What I like about Houzz Pro is that it consolidates everything into a single location. I also love the convenience of scanning rooms and easily editing plans, then sharing a simple link with my clients to view their live design. Having the billing platform integrated within the same platform is incredibly convenient as well.

Editing the kitchen cabinets can be a bit challenging. I'd like to be able to convert the 3D version of cabinetry into an automated order/spec sheet so I don't have to switch to my other cabinetry software.
