All-in-one design powerhouse

Pros

As a designer this has become my go-to all-in-one platform. It gives my clients a clear, transparent dashboard to work from and it helps me stay focused on the design side instead of getting bogged down by repetitive project management tasks.

Cons

I think the 3D tools could use a bit more detail and styling flexibility. I'd love to be able to add touches like styled books on a bookshelf or drape blankets over a chair or sofa, little details like that would make a difference.

Everything in one place

Pros

Having everything in one place makes it really valuable for design professionals. It brings together 3D floor plans, mood boards, project management, CRM, invoicing and client portals. The Clip Tool gets a lot of praise for making product sourcing much more convenient.

Cons

The learning curve is very steep. Customer support also feels fairly lacking and the mobile app is still limited when you compare it with competing products.

feels super simple to use

Pros

It feels simple and it consistently gives me fresh ideas on what to tackle next.

Cons

Pricing does feel a little high especially for a small business. I'd love to say it has completely transformed our workflow but at this point the value still doesn't fully justify the cost.

Terrible onboarding and empty promises

Pros

The sales presentation was very convincing and Daniel Guither did a strong job demonstrating the platform's tools. The 3-D floor plans are a solid way to present designs and features like custom templates, simple client payment collection, QuickBooks integration and website management support all sounded very appealing.

Cons

Getting started with this software has been awful. Expect to spend at least 50 to 80 hours just setting everything up in the system and learning how to use it at a very basic level and even then that only covers maybe 10% of what the platform does. On top of that, trying to get help from anyone at the company is incredibly frustrating. I kept getting bounced around with no real answers. I contacted the sales rep more than a dozen times and he ignored every email and phone call. There were plenty of promises made upfront but none of them were actually honored.

contracts feature is completely unusable

Pros

I think the ability to create 3D scans of locations is useful. The payment processing is also simple and works nicely and the integrations for alternative payment methods are a plus.

Cons

Well the contracts feature is a total mess and basically unusable. Support has been a nightmare to deal with and invoicing does not function properly. It also lacks the ability to import or export invoice templates. A lot was promised but the product does not come close to meeting those expectations.

shady tactics

Pros

Honestly I'm extremely disappointed. I canceled the free trial yet they still charged me for a contract we never signed. We're now sending this to our attorney since they seem to think they can test whether this situation is legitimate.

Cons

The platform may have potential but these predatory tactics used to trap users need to stop and I hope that happens very soon.

Costly fees with no return

Pros

The design itself was decent but there are other platforms out there that offer similar features for a lower price. We signed up hoping it would help with marketing and bring in more customers yet we only had maybe two customers we sent estimates to and neither turned into actual work because they had so many other contractors to choose from on the same site.

Cons

On top of that our business kept getting charged more than $700 a month without seeing any results and it eventually got to the point where we were being sent to collections.

November 2025

Packed with features

Pros

Right from the start the exceptionally user-friendly interface and the impressively comprehensive feature set were the biggest reasons I decided to subscribe to the platform. The user-friendly layout and broad functionality have made a real difference in my day-to-day work, helping me manage projects much more efficiently and stay far better organized.

Cons

The ability to save and recall original estimates is misssing. At the moment, it only displays the updated estimate after changes are made which can be limiting.

all-in-one tool for project management

Pros

Keeping my project management in one place has been a big plus. During the proposal stage especially, I can put together a mood board really fast which helps a lot.

Cons

Mobile app connection has been frustrating when I'm on site taking measurements since I can't make edits until I'm back at the desktop version. The 3D measurement tool can also be glitchy from time to time.

smooth switch with stellar support

Pros

Switching over from Buildertrend has been a really positive change. Everything feels smooth, the support has been excellent with dedicated people available when help is needed and the platform itself is simple to use. It also has some really useful tools that make my day-to-day work a lot more efficient.

Cons

I really haven't come across any major issues. I hit a couple of small bumps along the way but the team was quick to help and even added a few suggested improvements to their list for future updates.

Overpriced and full of limits

Pros

The 3D planner was decent and being able to scan a room with my iPhone was a nice feature. Beyond that, there really wasn't much else I could say I enjoyed about it.

Cons

Honestly almost every part of this program falls short in one way or another. The 3D and layout tools are very limited, payment processing is painfully slow and there's basically no control over it. You also can't properly view your actual subscription and most features feel restricted. It's not very user-friendly and whenever problems come up, management never seems able to resolve them. It always gets passed to someone else yet nothing ever actually gets fixed. Considering the cost, it offers very little value especially when there are much cheaper options that work better. Customization is nearly nonexistent and I'd strongly recommend not wasting your time on it. Their marketing packages are especially disappointing and feel like a complete joke.

Faster payments, handy templates

Pros

Creating estimate templates has been really convenient and getting paid faster instead of waiting for checks to clear has been a big advantage.

Cons

It still needs more cabinetry choices, including additional sizes and better options for curved countertops. Another issue is that clients and contractors can't open comments when they view the 3D renderings so that definitely needs improvement. I also think change orders should be included in the subscription I'm already paying for.

best project management platform I've ever used

Pros

Compared with other project management platforms I've used, this one has been the best overall. It feels very secure and the team does a really good job fixing bugs and rolling out updates on a regular basis.

Cons

I'd want a discount for auto-payments. Other than that, I really don't have any more complaints because they usually resolve everything very quickly.

Keeps track of progress

Pros

Having everything in one place really helps and it gives me a professional platform backed by real, genuine reviews of completed work. I can present ideas clearly, keep track of progress and give clients the tools they need to actually see the vision coming together.

Cons

The frustrating part is dealing with features that stop working, plus the help options are buried and support is only available on weekdays. The price has also tripled over the past two years. The 3D tool can glitch and doesn't always give accurate measurements which means spending hours correcting scanned walls and cabinets. It also needs more build tools for design, including ceiling elevations for second-story homes. Another limitation is not being able to use the iPad for design drawings and mood boards. I'd also like better quoting capabilities with true cabinet elevations and exact cabinet measurements shown on the drawings, along with a better way to show clients proposal changes.

AI tools save time

Pros

Using the AI features saves me a lot of time when adding products and putting together 3D projects. Being able to communicate with clients directly inside the program is also really convenient.

wide variety of features

Pros

So many features really help me run my business more efficiently. The pricing did end up feeling a bit high so I had to stop using the website management piece but I still think the platform gives me a lot of value for keeping projects organized, managed and easy to review at a glance. I also really enjoy using it for invoicing and payment management. The mood boards and the 2D and 3D design tools are very user-friendly.

Cons

Cost can run a little high and it takes some effort to coordinate all of the different tools without overlapping how you use them. A few features also have a learning curve and can be somewhat tricky at first.

Responsive team

Pros

Having everything in one place has been a huge plus for me. Design work, client files, contracts and all the other details stay organized without needing to jump between a bunch of different programs. It really helps keep my workflow more efficient. Whenever something does come up, the support team responds quickly and is always helpful with any questions or issues I need assistance with.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing it would be the budget section needing an initial "estimate" option. When setting up a budget, I don't always know yet which services will actually be needed so it's hard to map out what should be included in that first estimate before I've had a chance to source help and finalize the design direction.

weak leads

Pros

One thing that really works well is the estimating feature. In my opinion, it's the strongest part of the software because it lets me put estimates together quickly and the AI makes the whole process much faster and more convenient.

Cons

The leads though, have been a big disappointment. I've spent a lot of money and ended up with a lot of bad leads and over the entire year I was only awarded about 3 projects.

amazing templates

Pros

Having project management and estimating in one place has been a big help. Being able to load my saved templates whenever I need them saves me a lot of time and keeps things moving.

Cons

I still struggle with the 3D floor design tool because it feels pretty confusing. Adding vinyl or tile by just clicking on the floor seems like it should be more simple but instead I end up skipping a lot of options. On top of that, the fees keep going up. I cut back on zones to save money and then the price increases seem to wipe out those savings. Leads have also been dropping off more and more. It's slowly getting to the point where it costs me more to keep using it than I'm actually making from it so I'm not sure how much longer I can justify staying with it.

Pros

The 3D rendering, financial reporting and customer dashboard have really helped tighten up our workflow. Those features make our process more efficient and give everyone better visibility into what's happening.

Great for collaborating with clients

Pros

Having measuring scans, 3D modeling, selections, schedules and invoicing all connected in one system makes the whole process much more convenient. It lets me handle everything in a single place and working with clients is simple since I can collaborate with them and get approvals without much hassle.

Cons

The client payment process hasn't been very good and a lot of clients complain about the fees and dislike how much information they have to provide just to pay. There are also bugs when collaborating with subcontractors. As a long-time user, I'm disappointed that the support setup changed, I used to have a dedicated rep and now I don't really have anyone to reach out to. On top of that some of the better features cost extra and there's no flexibility to customize which features I do or don't need.

Pros

Running my business is a lot more manageable with this because it covers nearly everything I need in one place. One feature I especially appreciate is the 3-D scanner since it lets me show clients a clear picture of how their project should look when it's finished.

Pros

The 3D floor planning has been really valuable for our team and has helped us win more deals. Support is also very reliable and we usually only wait a few minutes to connect with someone. The estimating tools are simple to use and being able to create templates saves us a lot of time.

Cons

centralized solution

Pros

It is a centralized solution. I can create floor plans and mood boards, then move straight into authorizations, purchase orders and invoicing without jumping between different tools. It really brings the whole process together and makes my workflow much quicker and more efficient.

Cons

Something that causes issues is how invoicing works for our process. We bill clients twice, once before orders are placed and again after installation but both invoices end up with the same number. That tends to confuse clients so it would be much more helpful if the system allowed multiple invoices under a single authorization.

Powerful lidar technology

Pros

the efficiency and marketing side of this platform have made a real difference. The lidar scanning technology, plus how quickly it turns into a 3D mockup and then into an estimate and contract, feels essential to how we work now. Staff has also been fantastic during onboarding and has really helped us settle into the software. It's also very useful that our field crew can view product codes, selection photos and the scope of work, all with navigation that's incredibly simple to move through. We're still fine-tuning the email templates but that part looks promising too.

Cons

There are still parts of the system that don't feel very user-friendly or simple. One example is turning a lidar scan into a 2D image so a takeoff and estimate can be created from it. The estimating workflow itself is simple enough but if you miss even one step in the process, there doesn't seem to be a way to recover from it.

Disappointing support

Pros

This platform does offer a few features that can be useful but the inconsistent support and lack of professionalism have made it hard to treat it like a dependable business partner. If things don't change in a major way, I'll probably move on once my contract is up.

Cons

After using it for a few months, I really expected more from the platform but the experience has been disappointing. Twice, I had scheduled meetings where no one showed up and there was no notice or follow-up either time. As someone working in construction, my time matters and that kind of poor communication happening more than once is just not acceptable.

Multiple tools, unfinished execution

Pros

One thing this software does have going for it is the wide range of features. I can use the 3D floor plan tool and create floor plans in the same app where I handle my project management which is definitely convenient.

Cons

That said all of those capabilities work pretty poorly in practice. The budgeting tool is far too limited and the takeoffs are not connected to the related estimate for live updates. Floor plans also do not save to PDF with enough clarity to be useful. On top of that, the estimating feature only allows estimates based on $ per unit quantity, when it really should let me enter the production rate for an assembly and calculate the $ per quantity from that. There is a long list of issues with this software overall and I am pretty frustrated that I switched to it only to find out how underdeveloped it still is.

Pros

Appreciate the presentation side of the platform especially the mood boards and product sourcing tools. They make it possible to build polished, branded, interactive client experiences that feel premium and very professional. I also really value having communication, proposals, invoices and scheduling all housed in one central dashboard. It genuinely works as an all-in-one system for designers who are juggling multiple projects at once.

Cons

The mobile app still feels a little more restricted than the desktop version. When I'm away from my computer, making changes to presentations or proposals can be a bit frustrating. There's also a small learning curve so it took a while before I felt fully confident using all of the features.

Clip tool speeds up sourcing

Pros

Right away, the Clip Tool became one of my favorite parts. It really changes the way I source products because everything feels faster and much more organized. Being able to pull items from different websites straight into client projects saves a lot of time and keeps the design process moving. It's efficient, visually organized and at this point it feels like a key part of how I work.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the platform does take some time. Certain parts of the system aren't as user-friendly as I expected and I'm still learning the best way to move through all of the features. Even with that, I usually end up finding something useful and new each time I log in.

Makes my business look professional

Pros

Having the client dashboard has really elevated how professional my business looks and it makes communication with clients about design decisions much more simple on both sides. Creating 3D floor plans is also very approachable even without any CAD background and the walkthrough feature consistently impresses clients. On top of that, the support team is quick to respond whenever help is needed.

Cons

I do wish custom 3D models were included in the standard subscription instead of being offered as an add-on. It would also be better if adding custom wall details such as molding and wallpaper, to the 3D floor plans was more simple.

organized our renovation business

Pros

Running our house building and renovation business is much more organized with this all-in-one platform. The financing and payment integrations are a big plus, the estimating tools are really useful and the client dashboard keeps everything in one place. The 3D design and walkthrough features are especially impressive and add a lot of value.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve with it. To really get the most out of the software, you have to put time into training your team and helping everyone get comfortable with the system.

Works well for me

Pros

After searching for a takeoff application, this one has been a really good option and it's simple to handle. I'm still in the process of learning everything it can do.

Cons

The feature set can feel a little overwhelming at first if you don't have any background using customer relationship management tools.

Outstanding designer support features and the project tracking tools

Pros

Between the designer support features and the project tracking tools, this platform gives me a lot of useful options to work with. It also does a solid job as a CRM which helps keep things organized. The invoicing system works well for what I need too.

Cons

design side still feels a bit underpowered. Features like mood boards, the library and 3D design are there but I'd really like to see them become much stronger.

Camera room mapping is fantastic

Pros

Being able to map out a room with the camera has been my favorite feature. It completely changed the way I work and was the big reason I decided to switch over from IVY.

Cons

The downside is how many add-ons come with extra charges. Budgeting is such an essential part of the design business so it really feels like that should already be included in the plan.

overpriced and awful service

Pros

This has been a terrible program paired with horrendous service and they seem to have absolutely no regard for their customers. Honestly I don't have a single good thing to say about this company.

Cons

Customer support was awful from start to finish. They kept charging me even after I canceled my subscription which felt completely dishonest. There was no real help offered to resolve the problem and the software itself is far too expensive for such basic functionality.

Superb prebuilt templates

Pros

Creating estimates is much quicker with the prebuilt templates and AI assistant which takes a lot of time out of the back-end work and lets me spend more attention on the actual construction side.

Cons

Getting 3D plans entered and pulling takeoffs from them does take some time to learn. That said the guide videos have been useful for figuring out how the process works.

All-in-one Suite

Pros

I really like that it's a complete suite of tools that brings everything I need into one place. It makes managing everything so much easier without having to switch between different platforms or programs.

Cons

I find restrictions in the editing feature of the estimate tool, especially for the project types I work on.
