All-in-one design powerhouse

Pros

As a designer this has become my go-to all-in-one platform. It gives my clients a clear, transparent dashboard to work from and it helps me stay focused on the design side instead of getting bogged down by repetitive project management tasks.

Cons

I think the 3D tools could use a bit more detail and styling flexibility. I'd love to be able to add touches like styled books on a bookshelf or drape blankets over a chair or sofa, little details like that would make a difference.

Everything in one place

Pros

Having everything in one place makes it really valuable for design professionals. It brings together 3D floor plans, mood boards, project management, CRM, invoicing and client portals. The Clip Tool gets a lot of praise for making product sourcing much more convenient.

Cons

The learning curve is very steep. Customer support also feels fairly lacking and the mobile app is still limited when you compare it with competing products.

feels super simple to use

Pros

It feels simple and it consistently gives me fresh ideas on what to tackle next.

Cons

Pricing does feel a little high especially for a small business. I'd love to say it has completely transformed our workflow but at this point the value still doesn't fully justify the cost.

Terrible onboarding and empty promises

Pros

The sales presentation was very convincing and Daniel Guither did a strong job demonstrating the platform's tools. The 3-D floor plans are a solid way to present designs and features like custom templates, simple client payment collection, QuickBooks integration and website management support all sounded very appealing.

Cons

Getting started with this software has been awful. Expect to spend at least 50 to 80 hours just setting everything up in the system and learning how to use it at a very basic level and even then that only covers maybe 10% of what the platform does. On top of that, trying to get help from anyone at the company is incredibly frustrating. I kept getting bounced around with no real answers. I contacted the sales rep more than a dozen times and he ignored every email and phone call. There were plenty of promises made upfront but none of them were actually honored.

contracts feature is completely unusable

Pros

I think the ability to create 3D scans of locations is useful. The payment processing is also simple and works nicely and the integrations for alternative payment methods are a plus.

Cons

Well the contracts feature is a total mess and basically unusable. Support has been a nightmare to deal with and invoicing does not function properly. It also lacks the ability to import or export invoice templates. A lot was promised but the product does not come close to meeting those expectations.

shady tactics

Pros

Honestly I'm extremely disappointed. I canceled the free trial yet they still charged me for a contract we never signed. We're now sending this to our attorney since they seem to think they can test whether this situation is legitimate.

Cons

The platform may have potential but these predatory tactics used to trap users need to stop and I hope that happens very soon.

Costly fees with no return

Pros

The design itself was decent but there are other platforms out there that offer similar features for a lower price. We signed up hoping it would help with marketing and bring in more customers yet we only had maybe two customers we sent estimates to and neither turned into actual work because they had so many other contractors to choose from on the same site.

Cons

On top of that our business kept getting charged more than $700 a month without seeing any results and it eventually got to the point where we were being sent to collections.

Packed with features

Pros

Right from the start the exceptionally user-friendly interface and the impressively comprehensive feature set were the biggest reasons I decided to subscribe to the platform. The user-friendly layout and broad functionality have made a real difference in my day-to-day work, helping me manage projects much more efficiently and stay far better organized.

Cons

The ability to save and recall original estimates is misssing. At the moment, it only displays the updated estimate after changes are made which can be limiting.

all-in-one tool for project management

Pros

Keeping my project management in one place has been a big plus. During the proposal stage especially, I can put together a mood board really fast which helps a lot.

Cons

Mobile app connection has been frustrating when I'm on site taking measurements since I can't make edits until I'm back at the desktop version. The 3D measurement tool can also be glitchy from time to time.

smooth switch with stellar support

Pros

Switching over from Buildertrend has been a really positive change. Everything feels smooth, the support has been excellent with dedicated people available when help is needed and the platform itself is simple to use. It also has some really useful tools that make my day-to-day work a lot more efficient.

Cons

I really haven't come across any major issues. I hit a couple of small bumps along the way but the team was quick to help and even added a few suggested improvements to their list for future updates.

Client personalization done right

Pros

Being able to build and adjust everything around each client is amazing. The customization options make personalization a really valuable tool.

Cons

The only real downside is the payout timing. It can take quite a while when a certain bank doesn't support instant payments.

Overpriced and full of limits

Pros

The 3D planner was decent and being able to scan a room with my iPhone was a nice feature. Beyond that, there really wasn't much else I could say I enjoyed about it.

Cons

Honestly almost every part of this program falls short in one way or another. The 3D and layout tools are very limited, payment processing is painfully slow and there's basically no control over it. You also can't properly view your actual subscription and most features feel restricted. It's not very user-friendly and whenever problems come up, management never seems able to resolve them. It always gets passed to someone else yet nothing ever actually gets fixed. Considering the cost, it offers very little value especially when there are much cheaper options that work better. Customization is nearly nonexistent and I'd strongly recommend not wasting your time on it. Their marketing packages are especially disappointing and feel like a complete joke.

Faster payments, handy templates

Pros

Creating estimate templates has been really convenient and getting paid faster instead of waiting for checks to clear has been a big advantage.

Cons

It still needs more cabinetry choices, including additional sizes and better options for curved countertops. Another issue is that clients and contractors can't open comments when they view the 3D renderings so that definitely needs improvement. I also think change orders should be included in the subscription I'm already paying for.

best project management platform I've ever used

Pros

Compared with other project management platforms I've used, this one has been the best overall. It feels very secure and the team does a really good job fixing bugs and rolling out updates on a regular basis.

Cons

I'd want a discount for auto-payments. Other than that, I really don't have any more complaints because they usually resolve everything very quickly.

Keeps track of progress

Pros

Having everything in one place really helps and it gives me a professional platform backed by real, genuine reviews of completed work. I can present ideas clearly, keep track of progress and give clients the tools they need to actually see the vision coming together.

Cons

The frustrating part is dealing with features that stop working, plus the help options are buried and support is only available on weekdays. The price has also tripled over the past two years. The 3D tool can glitch and doesn't always give accurate measurements which means spending hours correcting scanned walls and cabinets. It also needs more build tools for design, including ceiling elevations for second-story homes. Another limitation is not being able to use the iPad for design drawings and mood boards. I'd also like better quoting capabilities with true cabinet elevations and exact cabinet measurements shown on the drawings, along with a better way to show clients proposal changes.

AI tools save time

Pros

Using the AI features saves me a lot of time when adding products and putting together 3D projects. Being able to communicate with clients directly inside the program is also really convenient.

Cons

I think the financial reporting interface could be more user-friendly. Credit card processing fees also feel higher than with several other point-of-sale systems I've used and know well.

wide variety of features

Pros

So many features really help me run my business more efficiently. The pricing did end up feeling a bit high so I had to stop using the website management piece but I still think the platform gives me a lot of value for keeping projects organized, managed and easy to review at a glance. I also really enjoy using it for invoicing and payment management. The mood boards and the 2D and 3D design tools are very user-friendly.

Cons

Cost can run a little high and it takes some effort to coordinate all of the different tools without overlapping how you use them. A few features also have a learning curve and can be somewhat tricky at first.

Responsive team

Pros

Having everything in one place has been a huge plus for me. Design work, client files, contracts and all the other details stay organized without needing to jump between a bunch of different programs. It really helps keep my workflow more efficient. Whenever something does come up, the support team responds quickly and is always helpful with any questions or issues I need assistance with.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing it would be the budget section needing an initial "estimate" option. When setting up a budget, I don't always know yet which services will actually be needed so it's hard to map out what should be included in that first estimate before I've had a chance to source help and finalize the design direction.

weak leads

Pros

One thing that really works well is the estimating feature. In my opinion, it's the strongest part of the software because it lets me put estimates together quickly and the AI makes the whole process much faster and more convenient.

Cons

The leads though, have been a big disappointment. I've spent a lot of money and ended up with a lot of bad leads and over the entire year I was only awarded about 3 projects.

amazing templates

Pros

Having project management and estimating in one place has been a big help. Being able to load my saved templates whenever I need them saves me a lot of time and keeps things moving.

Cons

I still struggle with the 3D floor design tool because it feels pretty confusing. Adding vinyl or tile by just clicking on the floor seems like it should be more simple but instead I end up skipping a lot of options. On top of that, the fees keep going up. I cut back on zones to save money and then the price increases seem to wipe out those savings. Leads have also been dropping off more and more. It's slowly getting to the point where it costs me more to keep using it than I'm actually making from it so I'm not sure how much longer I can justify staying with it.
