From my perspective, i4Linx has been a complete solution for handling all the gray areas I previously couldn't measure. It helps me assess, improve and control processes while staying affordable and I appreciate the support team for guiding me through problem-solving, upgrades and fine-tuning.
Cons
No matter how much the programming department expanded, it was never enough to implement all the ideas, features and upgrades we wanted in the software.
