It covers all the bases for me. A complete package that handles everything I need without having to juggle multiple systems.

Cons

The interface feels overly complicated and isn't very easy to use. Being built on the MS platform can be limiting at times.

“Perfect Real Estate Platform

Pros

I am really impressed with how complete this software is for daily real estate operations. It genuinely makes my work flow much smoother and faster. What stands out most is that it covers absolutely everything I need from business development, land management, legal processes, sales tracking, HR functions, finance, purchasing, engineering, expense management to asset tracking. Having all these modules in one place is convenient. The mobile app is so good since I can access everything on the go. Plus being able to log in from any computer anywhere in the world gives me the flexibility I need for this business. Their support team really delivers too, they are quick to respond when issues come up and regularly provide hot fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

Cons

A few bugs pop up here and there but the support team is really good at fixing them quickly. My main gripe is that when we request new features or enhancements, it takes quite a while for them to actually get introduced.

Pros

Managing everything from engineering tasks to purchase orders, sales tracking, expenses and legal matters all in one place is very convenient. The way it handles multiple departments with ease makes my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

The system can get bogged down with some pretty lengthy complications that take forever to resolve. I've run into several bugs that really slow things down and while the hotfixes help, they don't always come fast enough when your dealing with urgent issues.
