“Product Review
Pros
The product is quite intuitive, and the technical support team is incredibly responsive.
Cons
Navigating the knowledge base pages can be pretty complex and challenging. There are only 25 reports available for printing, though I understand why this is the case.

“Kleenheat Maintenance
Pros
It eliminates the need for paper-based inspection forms, which are prone to damage or loss. The inspection data is live and instantly accessible to a supervisor. Eventually, it will integrate with our management system, automating report attachments to work orders and saving significant time on document scanning and emailing. Photos can be attached to documents, allowing me to take pictures of specific items.
Cons
Getting the inspection documents right requires some effort, but once that's done, the process becomes simple.

“Excellent platform and customer service
Pros
The platform offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing both administrators and users to customize their inspections to fit the project. Even with this flexibility, Inspectivity provides a broad range of features that add tremendous value to the projects it's used on.
Cons
With great flexibility comes great complexity. This was the toughest part of adopting the software, but it's unavoidable. Training is essential for both superusers and regular users to grasp the platform and software capabilities effectively.

“Review of Inspectivity
Pros
The setup of asset hierarchies and creation of templates for inspecting plant and equipment is simple. Tracking and viewing inspection progress and results is simple. The inspection data is comprehensive, and the platform can be used in both networked and non-networked environments.
Cons
I don't really have any dislikes. It would be nice to easily import historical inspections and data, though.

“Excellent Customisable Inspection Software
Pros
Pros of the Inspectivity platform: What's not to like? A few standout aspects that make this software exceptional include: - Its simplicity and ease of use for end users, with a streamlined, visually appealing UI. - The ability to customize the UI based on client needs, including input limitations, dependencies, and calculations. - Customization of data exports, reports, and integration with client databases. - Excellent customer support with quick turnaround and impressive results.
Cons
I had to think hard to find something I don't like about the Inspectivity Platform, and I couldn't come up with anything.

“User Friendly Platform
Pros
The platform is quite simple, making it easy to train users and clients. Efficiency functions like "Bulk" are available. The developers clearly understand client needs, always finding the simplest solutions and creating hotkeys for convenience.
Cons
It would be great to have more photo and picture editing functions like crop, rotation, and zoom available in both the "GO" and online portal versions.

“Inspectivity Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas
Pros
I was looking for a better solution for OGRE's EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas). I engaged Inspectivity, and both companies quickly collaborated to develop an OGRE EEHA package.
Cons
At first, we needed to adjust the software to meet our EEHA industry requirements, but other than that, there were no significant issues.

“INERTIA Review
Pros
The customizable checklist and the stability of the solution were crucial for the development of our service.
Cons
It's not the software or solution itself but rather the maintenance, running, and development costs that are a burden for our startup.

“Customer Support
Pros
1. Revising the inspection is easy if we notice an error in the updated inspection. 2. Importing an Excel register into Inspectivity reduces the workload by 90% if we have an existing register. 3. The customer support team is available 24/7.
Cons
I don't have many issues since the customer support team responds quite frequently.

“Felxible inspection forms and well thought out work flow
Pros
Integrating with our current CMMS system has been relatively straightforward using the REST API and the available documentation. - Useful features include the defect report, which allows reporting and printing. - The ability to customize the equipment tree is advantageous. - Having asset nameplate data in a database helps us quickly generate equipment lists based on features like design pressure, fluid, and operating temperature, which we couldn't do before.
Cons
The challenge has been changing the printed inspection form and handling large file sizes. Our system struggles with big PDFs, so I have to compress photos significantly and work with the Inspectivity team to test new compression levels.

“On Line Inspections using Inspectivity
Pros
The ease of use and intuitive interface are great. The functionality and customization options fit our business processes well, ensuring consistency in our reports. The ability to flag future inspections from previous ones is also beneficial.
Cons
The software doesn't work on iOS devices like iPads, only on Android tablets. We've encountered hardware issues with the tablets overheating and glare when used outdoors, so we've had to use workarounds like anti-glare shields and keeping the tablets in the shade.

“All round fantastic product
Pros
The best features are the form builders. There are numerous options, including cell forms, plain text, and measurements, so I can create forms for almost any type of question for inspectors. Each piece of equipment is unique, and it's fantastic that these forms can accommodate various equipment types and inspection scenarios.
Cons
I've received feedback from inspectors about the number of lines in the textboxes; they always want more. With around 30 different forms, I have to adjust each one individually. It would be much simpler and faster if there were a way to edit all forms at once for minor changes like increasing textbox sizes. Lately, I've been exporting the forms as JSON code, editing them in Notepad, and then reimporting them, which saves me some time.
