“Exactly what I need”
Pros
The application was really easy to learn, thanks to the helpful videos and the customer care response has been excellent. Plus, tracking our jobs, technicians, client information and emergency needs is super easy through the mobile app.
Cons
Training the technicians and getting our clients to subscribe to this application wasn't easy, but they've now gotten the hang of it. It would have been a lot simpler to learn how to use the software with just videos if the customer care line were available at all times to help out.
