The application was simple to learn with the help of videos, and the customer care response was excellent. In addition, tracking our jobs, technicians, client information, and emergency needs can easily be accessed on our mobile application software.

Cons

Training the technicians and advising our clients to subscribe to this application was not easy, but they have now got the hang of it. It would have been simpler to learn how to use the software with just videos if the customer care line could be available to respond at any time.
