“Smart choice overall

Pros

I like how simple the forms are to use in all the apps. Sending them securely between team members is easy and it makes sure we're always using reliable information throughout our work.

Cons

There are a lot of limitations right now especially with form calculations, you can't even do something simple like a square root.

“Highly Efficient and Effective Tool

Pros

It's really easy to use and setting it up how I want is super simple. There's hardly any learning to do, so our field team can quickly start making their own digital templates that work on any mobile device. The smart features are awesome and you can add photos, location, signatures, NFC labels, barcodes, voice recordings and checkboxes. What I like most is how detailed the reports are and you can save them as PDFs, Excel files or Word documents with no problem. A big plus is that you don't need an internet connection to use it and sharing files and pictures works smoothly.

Cons

It would be great if there were template options for different types of inspections or sites and right now, there's no way to compare current inspection data with past ones through the apps.
