“Simple invoicing made easy
Pros
I can send out big updates and let the whole team know what needs to be done in the field without writing long emails. Being able to take notes in Spanish is a big plus for smoother communication with our crew.
Cons
It seems to be built mainly for vertical operations which is fine but I find connecting projects and sharing data with other apps for appointments and supply management really frustrating. Tracking and invoicing work well but this part could use some improvement.

“Complete financial tool with room for growth
Pros
The automation here handles all the boring work like creating invoices and tracking payments. It saves me so much time, so I can focus on more important tasks that need my attention.
Cons
One thing I've found annoying is that the system doesn't allow me to break down costs by individual line items or create custom reports for different stakeholders. It's really tough to get a detailed expense breakdown within projects because of this limitation.

Pros
It's efficient to have invoices created and sent out automatically once a job is done. The automated billing system works perfectly for me.
Cons
Tracking overdue invoices takes way more effort than it should and figuring out payment patterns is just confusing. It could definitely be more simple.

I can easily organize invoices, make reports and send payment reminders. It's really efficient for managing tasks that would normally take a long time.
Cons
Sometimes I have to turn off syncing because of delays or issues which is inconvenient. It often leads to duplicate data or missing information which wastes time.

Pros
It's easy to use for tracking time, mileage, notes, voice recordings and expenses all in one place. The time tracking for different projects is especially helpful and it saves me so much time by having everything in one spot. This setup helps me stay more organized and productive throughout the day.
Cons
I honestly haven't found anything to complain about yet. Everything seems to be working just like I expected.

“Fantastic experience with KYRO
Pros
The voice-to-text feature with Spanish and Vietnamese translation to English is really impressive. Being able to document things on-site without typing has been so helpful for our reporting. This feature is a game-changer when I need to operate hands-free.
Cons
When I'm on a loud construction site, the voice recognition tends to lag and picks up words that sound similar but aren't what I actually said. This causes mistakes in the data entry and I have to go back and fix it manually which eats up a lot more time than it should.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how fast updates show up for everyone when someone changes a document. The real-time syncing has been a game-changer for keeping our project info up to date and avoiding those frustrating situations where people are working with outdated versions.
Cons
There's a noticeable lag when submitting reports in offline mode especially in places with poor connectivity. The online experience is quick and smooth but offline mode feels sluggish. If they could optimize this, it would help keep the performance consistent across both modes.

Pros
Since we switched to this system, managing documents has really reduced printing and storage costs. Having everything digital and in one place means we don't have to worry about losing important paperwork anymore.
Cons
The document management could definitely use some work. I wish there was a select and categorize function to help me organize things better. The current tools are very basic and it would be way easier to sort and file documents if there were more detailed categorization options.

Pros
Getting started was really smooth and the interface is easy to use. My team picked it up quickly which was important because we had tight deadlines and needed to start fast. What I like most is how it breaks down complex data into easy-to-understand summaries. I can quickly see where projects are, what's coming up, and if we're on track with our schedules. It makes team check-ins much more efficient and keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
The timesheet management is basic right now. I'd love to see features like mileage tracking and per diem limits for each employee added in. That would make it so much more useful for managing logistics and tracking expenses.
