Pros
I love how simple this platform is. There's nothing too complicated about it. The design is really user-friendly and I can easily check everything without any issue.
Cons
It's tough at first and some features could really use better documentation to help new users get up to speed faster.

It is very user friendly, no unnecessary stuff. It's exactly what I need since I like things to be simple and easy to use.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything major to complain about. This is the only software I've tried in this space but it works just like it's supposed to and has been helpful. I don't really have any negative feedback.

Pros
I can see a complete overview of all guest interactions and keep track of everything across all touchpoints. It's been helpful for managing properties.
Cons
It really slows down check-ins, checkouts and other transactions, it's just way too thorough for processes that need to be quick.

“Easy collboration with teams

I really like how this tool brings together Confluence and Jira in one place. Confluence acts like a powerful wiki, so my team can collaborate and share content easily. The customization options are great, allowing me to display content exactly the way I want with text, images, diagrams and more. Jira takes care of all our project management needs, helping me organize and track everything while keeping our focus on the most important tasks. I can see how projects are moving along, what's working well and where we need to fix things. The issue tracking feature really helps streamline our workflow.
Cons
So far, I haven't run into anything to complain about.

It's really easy to use and I can quickly go over my monthly QAs. It gives me detailed insights into areas where I can improve my performance at work.
Cons
