It is very user friendly, no unnecessary stuff. It's exactly what I need since I like things to be simple and easy to use.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything major to complain about. This is the only software I've tried in this space but it works just like it's supposed to and has been helpful. I don't really have any negative feedback.

I can see a complete overview of all guest interactions and keep track of everything across all touchpoints. It's been helpful for managing properties.

Cons
