Pros
My overall experience with the program is great and it's visually pleasing. The menu is well organized so finding anything you need is not hard at all. Customer support is always quick to respond and clear. Plus, for all the services it offers, it doesn't require heavy hardware. It's available on both PC and mobile which is a nice bonus.
Cons
No complaints from my side. Very happy with the system.

“Top Notch Tool”
Pros
Its really easy and fun to work with. Managing the whole team within the company is the easiest. It's a great product. Everything you need for project management and customer relationship management is handled efficiently.
Cons
There's no Xero integration and I feel like the price is on the higher side. Maybe that's because Podio used to be free. Still it's cheaper than building a custom solution from scratch.
