“Not great but it works

Pros

It took me a bit to get used to the workflow but after using it a lot, it's been pretty easy to use and handle documents.

Cons

I think the workflow could have more options but honestly, that's mostly about how we coordinate as users and with MySmartPlans and their consultants.

“User-friendly, sorting RFIs has improved

Pros

The system is really user friendly and intuitive. Adding new team members is simple and doesn't require much training.

Cons

At first, we couldn't sort RFIs and Submittals properly but I believe they fixed that with a new module called Submittal EZ.

“Streamlined document management

Pros

It's easy to use and puts all the documents in one spot for quick access. We've got a dedicated Project Information Manager to handle docs and QA. The SmartRooms and project close-out process make things super smooth for operations and maintenance.

Cons

The hardest part was just getting the design build team to buy into using it at first.
