“Best software in the market

Pros

Neo intelligence is absolutely amazing. From the very first demo, you can see how much it can really help improve your business. Scheduling labor and filling out timesheets used to be such a drag for us, especially with Excel. But now thanks to Neo, we're super efficient with resource planning. The support team is always there to help with anything we need and you can tell they're genuinely passionate about helping our business succeed.

Cons

I cant think of any issues. It works very well for us.

“Wide range of features

Pros

The interface is simple to use and it comes with tons of reporting, documentation and administrative features. Really makes life easier.

Cons

Some features could definitely be better but overall it works just fine for what we need.

“Really nice tool

Pros

I love the resource management and the ability to add HSEQ documents to each project on the drawing field. Plus, the option to create company specific forms is a big plus.

Cons

If there's no reception, the whole system stops working. If a client or Health and Safety inspector can't access our documents, we're not meeting regulations which could lead to fines or legal issues. Also, timesheets aren't included in the client approval process or daily logs which is a problem.

“Reporting features need improvement

Pros

The allocation process through the computer platform works well. However, the mobile platform for Android could definitely use some improvements.

Cons

The amount of reports generated from the data we input is not enough. Our staff spends a lot of time inputting data and the reporting features are lacking.

“Helpful Reporting For Accounting

Pros

The reporting feature is really helpful for our accounting team. Communication with the on site workers has been great and the integration with our payroll software saves us hours each week.

Cons

Once an employee is marked as inactive, they're removed from reports even though we need that data. Also, not all features available to on site users are visible to admins.

“Complicated interface

Pros

Nothing good about it. I find it complex and messy.

Cons

It's really hard and costly to make simple changes like moving buttons on the screen. There's also no way to save your password and log in automatically. Very frustrating!

“Decent and Simple

There's great transparency at every level, especially when it comes to ordering materials, plants and labor. Everything's clear and easy to track.

Cons

When trying to add or edit info on the day sheet for approval, I can't add extra details or changes if I missed something. This has caused some issues for me.

It's super user friendly and it keeps all the information well organized. Since it's a live app, it's really easy to see any changes that are made.

Cons

It seems to take quite a while to load on some days.

“Awesome Support

Pros

We absolutely love every feature of Neo Intelligence. It has taken our business to a whole new level. The GPS timesheets that link back to our payroll, the automated SMS feature and the daily log sheets that clients and builders can approve with a signature are game changers. The calendar is also really user friendly. Plus, everything is customizable which is a big win for us compared to other programs that lock us into their systems. And most importantly the support team is awesome.

The system itself is solid. If you run into issues, try discussing it with the team. You can customize it to fit your needs.
