“Simple, time-saving and efficient
Pros
Nialli Visual Planner has been an excellent tool to connect site planning with the main schedule. It is easy to use making it perfect for on-site teams who are not very tech-savvy. Also the ability to upload the schedule in segments, including task names, resources and schedule ID tags has saved our team a lot of time during trade meetings, it allows you to quickly update task statuses at the end of each day, marking them as complete or incomplete. For incomplete tasks you can choose from several reasons, adjust crew sizes and add notes. Overall this simple process makes it easy to track changes or delays which is helpful for explaining them later in the project. All the data can be easily accessed in Excel and Power BI reports.
Cons
Using it on a mobile phone is not as simple. Also the master schedule uploaded into the Phase Pull is limited to 20 days so for tasks that last longer than that, we cannot see the actual duration while planning.

“cost effective and easy to use
Pros
The simplicity and ease of use of the application greatly shorten the learning curve making it quick to get field users (like foremen) up and running. Plus Nialli is much more affordable compared to other systems on the market.
Cons
Few things I noticed like the drag and drop feature and some touch sensitivity issues with touch displays can be a bit tricky at times.
