I find it incredibly useful to track pending items, and having the cards open serves as helpful reminders to ensure nothing is overlooked.

There were too many features and options that we didn't use, making the interface feel crowded and difficult to navigate.

O3 has the potential to be a complete EDMS suite. Currently, it can't be used for construction management on its own and needs to be synced with another EDMS.
