There's nothing to note. We don't choose to use OmTrak; the builders we work with make that decision.

Cons

We're managing a landscape contract with a 12-month maintenance period after Practical Completion. We receive a monthly OmTrak submission even when no changes are made. The program isn't easy for occasional users to navigate.

I find the platform to be extremely easy and intuitive. It's designed in such a way that it's easy to understand and navigate without needing additional instructions or guidance. Everything is laid out clearly, making it simple for me to figure out how to use it effectively right from the start.

Cons

Some items can't be adjusted to meet internal policies.

Pros

The customization options for folders and stages are great.

Cons

Reviews can only be passed or rejected. It would be better to leave comments for fixing issues to allow a pass rather than outright rejection. I also struggle with staying logged in and having to verify I'm not a robot every time I log in. The transition between stages and disciplines feels clunky.
