“Easy to use and smooth service

Pros

I found the portal super easy to use, very interactive and user friendly. The service has been amazing too and I'm really impressed with how quick the turnaround times are. Big shout out to the team at PermitFlow for making things so smooth!

Cons

I wasn't a huge fan of the subscription based model at first. It did end up meeting my needs eventually but if I had to point out a downside, that would be it.

The staff is awesome and the service has been top notch. Everyone on the team is really easy to work with which makes the whole process way less stressful.

There are definitely more steps involved compared to just letting subcontractors pull their own permits. It adds a bit more to the process than I was used to.

Using this definitely helped speed up the whole permitting process for me. It just makes everything move faster which I really appreciated.

Uploading documents can be kind of confusing when they ask for them. I think it would help a lot if there were clearer icons or instructions showing exactly where to upload stuff.

I love that there's a webpage where I can find all the communication, documents and tasks in one place. It keeps everything organized and easy to follow.

Sometimes it's not easy to just leave a quick message or update. Navigating that part of the platform can be tricky.

The communication has been great and it's very easy to get things done on the website. Everything feels simple and efficient.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. It's a great company and everything works really smoothly together.

This has been such a simple way for me to stay on top of multiple projects that all need permits in different areas. It helps me keep everything organized without a headache.

While the steps in this tool don't always align perfectly with how we track permitting on our end, it still does the job quite well overall

“Exceeded expectations, no complaints so far

Pros

We were at the point where we had to decide between hiring someone full time or outsourcing our permitting. We gave it a shot and honestly, they blew us away. They stayed on top of everything, executed really well and always got back to us quickly. Totally exceeded our expectations.

Cons

We're about four months into using It and so far, I don't have any complaints. Everything's been working well.
