I work in the Building and Permits department for a small 10k person township. Permitflow admins never reach out without a long list of questions that can be easily answered by reading a permit application, or an organization's website. This is a huge time waster, especially in a small staff office like ours. It also leaves me doing due-diligence for someone else's 3rd party. This organization may make it easier on the clients who've hired their services, but that's by pestering and inundating other administrators because they can't be bothered to learn basic industry standards [for example the nationally recognized Uniform Construction Code review time).
