“Good product, but could be better

Pros

I find the interface clean and easy to use and transfers happen really quickly for me.

Cons

It feels outdated and could really use a refresh. Support seems pretty limited and I haven't seen many patches or updates lately. There's definately room for more innovation - it feels like the product has been stagnant for a while.
