Pros

I've tried various software management apps over the years. A fellow tradesperson recommended Powered Now, and I've been using it for two weeks now. I'm really impressed with how simple it is to use and how much time it saves on paperwork. Everything from my quotes to invoices and diary is all in one place and linked to my clients. I appreciate how quotes can be turned into invoices effortlessly. The customer service has been outstanding and has guided me through everything. I'd definitely suggest Powered Now to anyone in the trade.

Cons

I haven't found any downsides to this software; it's really effective for me.

Cons

Brilliant app with great support

Pros

As a self-employed plumber, I find Powered Now extremely helpful for managing my business. Being able to integrate it with my accounting software is a big plus. The team is fantastic, always ready to help, and incredibly supportive.

Cons

Whenever I've had an issue, the support team has always sorted it out for me.

Pros

It's easy to use, simple, and colorful. It syncs across all my devices, so I can pick up right where I left off. It looks professional and I love the service reminders.

Cons

I think adding a report feature would be excellent. During site visits, it would be useful to send a detailed report on a blank page with our company logo at the top, perhaps in a separate section.

Pros

I like the project management feature in Powered Now and the invoicing process. The support is excellent; support team resolved my issue quickly.

Cons

I'm unable to create a customer statement, and I'd also appreciate an automated reply when a customer accepts a quote.

Pros

I started using PN about six months ago to speed up writing and issuing quotes and invoices. It worked great, sending out invoices was simple. I also began entering client information when visiting a job site before quoting, which helps me make notes and start projects. I now use the app throughout the entire process, from tracking invoice payments and sales to storing product details and costs. The diary feature that syncs with my phone calendar has replaced my paper diary and gives me helpful reminders.

Cons

Some of the diary functions could be better organized, but overall, it's easy to use.

Pros

The software is very intuitive, which has made it easier to show other team members how to use it. Managing quotes and invoices has become quick and effortless. It has improved communication with customers, who seem to accept quotes faster because they're sent promptly and are easy for them to handle. I've been very impressed with the Live Chat support, it's quick and very helpful.

It's great for planning for me and my team. Invoicing, paperwork, and quoting are all very easy.

Cons

There is not much, but it would be helpful if the diary was color-coded. While the assignees are color-coded, having the diary slots color-coded would make quick reference easier.
