Pros
I really appreciate that we can customize workflow levels and checklists to match our business needs. Being able to customize reports is a huge advantage and the onboarding and training support we received were very thorough and helpful.
Cons
The initial setup for us was a bit complex while training employees, though once that phase was done, everything else worked smoothly and reliably.

“Customizable Dashboard”
Pros
The dashboard and reporting features were customized exactly as we required. Even when we asked for changes beyond the original scope, the Shlok team handled them positively. I also find the mobile version very simple and beginner-friendly which makes adoption smooth.
Cons
The task report formatting needs improvement, as misaligned sentences and overlooked spacing or tab features reduce the overall professional look of automatically generated reports.

“Easy Updates But dashboard needs improvement”
Pros
Updating checklists on my own has been a great help since I don't need to rely on any other tool for every small change. As far as I know, there hasn't been any data crash to date which gives me a lot of confidence in its reliability.
Cons
I've noticed the software runs quite slowly under the admin login. The dashboard could be more meaningful if it covered all project stages, with an option to share via email. In the document module, it would be better to have more restrictions like saving, printing, or copying controls and overall it should be made more user friendly.
