Pros

It's an excellent tool for what we need.

Cons

Mobile time tracking and signatures don't always load. This delays my ability to monitor and approve timecard entries. It also can't integrate with Fleetio, our fleet management software.

Pros

The software operates very well, and the support provided is outstanding. Having worked with many construction accounting programs, this one stands out as one of the best. Setting up projects is easy and efficient.

Cons

When entering PR information, it changes after correcting a due date. There's no way to void a project billing.

I primarily use it for calculating earthwork takeoffs.

The vector feature could be improved. I have a hard time using the vector module.

I've been using Procontractor since 2003, and not much has changed over the years. It's a great piece of software if you're fortunate enough to receive any support.

Cons

Customer service is terrible. When there's an issue, it takes days, weeks, or even months to get a call back. When they do call, they just set up another case, and you wait some more. I was down for three months due to errors in ProContractor. It's ridiculously expensive.

Pros

It's really bad, not good at all, and extremely disappointing. Why is it like this?
