“Excellent software with outstanding support team”
Pros
The support team really knows construction inside and out and that makes all the difference for me. Communication is smooth and they always respond quickly when issues arise. When they make promises, they follow through and if something can't be done right away, they're honest about it instead of giving false hope. The software itself has been amazing to work with. I've rolled out 8 different systems across our 120-person company over the past 7 years and this one generated the fewest questions from users, had minimal technical problems and saw the best adoption rates by far.
Cons
I wish it had the ability to roll over between tender and subcontract, though the team knows about this limitation and has it planned for future updates.
