Effective tool for sales management

Pros

I've found this to be an excellent tool for tracking and analyzing sales data, and it really shines as a CRM solution for companies that prioritize quality work. The dashboard has many options that make getting started easy.

Cons

Highly flexible CRM for the constriuction industry

Pros

It's a highly customizable software and I can adjust it to fit my needs perfectly. The interface feels natural and doesn't require much effort to get started. Tracking both projects and sales is effortless, and whenever I've needed help, the customer service team has been great.

Cons

The main downside is that I needed to spend time customizing it for my specific industry requirements upfront. Once I got through that setup phase though, everything ran smoothly.

It's simple to understand and doesn't take long to pick up. I can easily track my projects and see where sales opportunities are heading. Report generation is flexible with many formats. What I appreciate most is how customizable it is. I can adjust it to fit my team's needs. Integration with Mailchimp and Outlook works great. Customer support is well trained, and the mobile app keeps me on top of things even away from my desk.

Cons

Sometimes the interface glitches and I have to restart everything to get it working again.
