“ProjectMates is adequate - just not great
Pros
Logging into the system is simple, but honestly, many features are not intuitive and require too many clicks to accomplish tasks.
Cons
The three main improvements I'd like to see in Systemates (assuming the scheduling feature works) are: 1) Easier creation of ad hoc reports and better report formatting - it's a huge letdown and makes my job more difficult and time-consuming. 2) Discussion Forum - it should function more like an email. When replying to a discussion: i) the entire message chain should be visible; ii) I should be able to add comments to existing messages and change font color or size to make new comments stand out. 3) Invoice approval system. I should be able to forward or question an invoice to another party on Projectmates or a specific project. If you can't fix these, I need to be able to open multiple screens and use various internet software simultaneously.

Quick and adaptable, featuring an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
Cons
Automated reports - currently, you can only set the report day, not the actual timing. Could this function be added? 2) It would be useful to auto-switch to a specific project stage (e.g., Bidding/Under Construction) based on a specific date (e.g., GC Award planned finish date/End of Construction Planned date).

Pros
Financial controls and tracking, custom reporting, nice contract and change order tracking, handles construction well, and has good customer support.
Cons
It's not easy to update or modify prebuilt modules (schedules, tasks, budgets, etc.), doesn't integrate with other systems (no ERP integration), lacks a unified portfolio view, can't work on live documents, and doesn't support other asset life cycles.

Pros
I was tasked with implementing the software to aid in performing and documenting our preventive maintenance services for clients. With five stores assigned to me, I found tracking completed and outstanding tasks from the preloaded refrigeration assets very easy. I've used various maintenance software like Yardi, Boss, Service Now, IMES. It was quite predictable after a few days. My manager, along with 30+ additional stores, will be submitting documentation directly from PM to the owners. I'm confident our clients will find it very user-friendly. They should be able to see how their stores are performing directly from the recorded information. This data is crucial for a LEED report, which will be reviewed by the EPA and other agencies. Our clients are counting on a substantial rebate! Thanks for a fantastic product! Keep up the excellent performance with the software for us.
Cons
If I need to delete a recorded section, I have to go through two unnecessary steps, which started to waste my time after a few edits. It'd be better if it were just a single click to delete and re-enter.
