Ideal tool for most project managers

Pros

The interface really caught my attention, it's clean and simple. After dealing with overly complex platforms that had way more features than I actually needed, this one is exactly what I was looking for. Everything feels interactive and runs efficiently, plus the pricing is very reasonable. Customer support has been great too, they always respond quickly when I need help.

Cons

I'm using an older version and haven't been able to upgrade because of internal constraints. There are some issues with data entry and workflow that could definitely be better, and I find the scheduling component kind of clunky. These might have been fixed in app updates and I'm sure the newer versions have addressed these problems.

Efficient AP Processing Tool

Pros

It's simplified my daily work projects. The program communicates with our operating system, so commitments and expenses flow right into their spot. Their IT team and ours worked together quickly to implement the system.

Cons

The only issue I had at first was dealing with screens we weren't using but we've found ways to incorporate those into our workflow now. Honestly, I can't think of any major issues.

Excellent task management tool

Pros

Managing tasks and projects are very simple and the dashboard layout makes it easy to create projects and set deadlines. The team sharing functionality works smoothly which really helps with collaboration.

Cons

It would be great if they added Slack integration or something similar.

Quick Setup Process

Pros

I really like how well it handles project mapping for active fieldwork and it makes tracking everything so much easier for me.

Cons

Your simple solution for project management

Pros

I love how this tool streamlines project management and makes everything run more smoothly. The interface is really friendly, so you don't need extensive training to get your team collaborating effectively. It feels like having a personal assistant that takes care of all the complicated project coordination which lets me focus on the actual work instead of getting bogged down with admin tasks.

Cons

Customer support could definitely improve, I've had to wait longer than I'd like for responses. The upgrade process is also pretty slow which can be frustrating when I'm trying to get work done. There are definitely areas that need improvement to make everything run more smoothly.

Manages Team Communication Well

Pros

It's available as an app and that's so much more convenient to access. The interface is interactive and engaging to work with. What's been most valuable for me is the collaboration capabilities and how well it integrates with other tools.

Cons

I sometimes have trouble finding my way around certain features and the navigation isn't always easy. The dashboard feels clunky and could use some updates and it's difficult to use for novice users.

Comprehensive Ownership Management Solution

Pros

I really appreciate how this tool is designed with business owners in mind. It has tons of features that provide comprehensive end-to-end support for construction and design companies. The user experience is smooth especially with features like budget planning, purchase orders, vendor connections and financial visibility. plus so much more. Implementation was easy too, no matter our company size and getting everything integrated was surprisingly easy.

The upgrade process is a bit sluggish, though it's manageable if you're patient.
