“So hard to navigfor new users and little help
Pros
I got the software but couldn't make it work. When I reached out for help, they just refunded my money. It looks impressive and is more current compared to other software, but navigating it is tough. Given my high PC skills, the fact that I couldn't use it speaks volumes.
Cons
NO CONS. I appreciate the modern display design of the app; it's quite impressive.

“Fits my needs perfectly
Pros
Coming from a sales background and having recently started my contracting business, I understand the costs and pricing involved. Projul helped me better manage my expenses and boost my profit margins. I quickly realized I was under-bidding my jobs. The job costing feature lets me adjust item costs after a job and saves those costs for future use. The material and service templates are editable, unlike other software I've used. The customer service is top-notch. It's a small team, so I get to talk directly to the developers who are very knowledgeable about what contractors need.
Cons
Figuring out how to remove outdated estimates and leads hasn't been sIMPLE for me, and I'm still trying to work it out. Also, there's no option to download estimates or documents, only a print function is available.

“Top Notch
Pros
The software is incredibly easy to learn and quite intuitive, following logical processes. It has a clean design and is visually straightforward, even on cell phones. You can access it from anywhere, which helps keep everyone organized, on schedule, and more productive. I believe Projul's development team genuinely listens to customer feedback. Their support staff is fantastic and patient, and I can always get help when I need it.
Cons

Pros
I appreciate that the software is continuously updated and that customer service is always available to listen and make immediate corrections. They really do listen and care, and improvements are constantly being made.
Cons
Currently, I can't convert estimates into invoices. However, I've been informed that this feature will be available soon.

“Perfect For Rebuilding Our Company
Pros
We chose Projul to assist with the restructuring and rebranding of our 28-year-old company. Its ease of use, mobile connectivity, and ability to integrate our estimating processes were crucial in our decision. The one-on-one support and team training made the implementation process smooth and quick.
Cons
When I inquired about certain features that aren't available yet, Projul's response was excellent, they're actively working on adding new features as they evolve. It feels like we're partnering with them to grow our business.

“Almost exactly what we needed, and better than any of the alternatives
Pros
Projul has allowed us to consolidate a home-grown system that used multiple solutions (for time tracking, estimating, project management, and document management) into one comprehensive system. It's exceptionally well designed and the most intuitive we've used so far. While it's focused on residential subcontractors and general contractors, it was easy to adapt for commercial subcontractor use, with more tools for commercial needs on the way. It's clear that the company was run by former residential subcontractors and general contractors, as the system integrates almost everything we wanted, working seamlessly through each stage of the construction project lifecycle, from leads to estimates to project execution and payment.
Cons
Although the software is the most intuitive among the solutions we've tried, it wasn't as instantly intuitive as an iPad might be for a young child. There's a learning curve to understand its easy but specific approach. Most of our less tech-savvy employees could eventually grasp it, but it wasn't always easy at first. Still, the training and high-contact support (they actually answer the phone and respond to emails) have made dealing with the few issues we've had much easier compared to competitors we used before Projul.

Pros
Projul effectively manages numerous leads and projects at various stages. We needed software that was straightforward for our team to use and offered genuinely useful features. Now, we can handle our leads and projects, create estimates, and schedule our team all with one easy-to-use app. Projul provides outstanding customer service. They are very accommodating and keep adding features based on contractor needs. Overall, it's an excellent app.
Cons
A Spanish version would be helpful for our team.

“Projul makes managing our busy schedule easy
Pros
Projul has transformed our organization. The CRM lets us upload photos directly to a lead, which then carries over to an estimator and eventually to the service tech in the field. My field crew loves Projul because it's so smooth and they always have pictures and know what to expect. Once a lead becomes a project, and even after it's completed, we have notes from our team, before and after pictures, and can easily check if we've done our complimentary one-time touch-up service. When a job needs to be rescheduled, it automatically updates the work order I've sent my crew, and they are notified right away. Projul combines construction-based CRM and job management like no other software I've seen.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's a downside, but it took me a week to get my whole team on board with using it.

“Projul has me Cleaning Up
Pros
Having our cleaning staff check off their tasks on their phones while still on-site lets me know immediately what's done and what isn't. This has resulted in happier customers and more efficient use of our cleaners' time.
Cons
We'd like to take before and after photos of some jobs, but Projul doesn't seem to support this yet.

Pros
Projul is highly customizable. It's perfect for organizing our team and keeping track of projects. I can schedule tasks and team members can communicate about the project right through the scheduler! We can monitor what's been done and what still needs to be completed. So far, it's working out great for us!
Cons
The cost is a bit high, starting at $99 per month. It could be a financial strain for small business owners.

“Customer Support is a Dream!
Pros
I loved how I could communicate with workers and schedule tasks seamlessly.
Cons
I'd like a simpler version for very small companies where contractors and workers want to minimize the time spent inputting information. It would be great if this simpler version included an estimate system so they could estimate projects directly on their phones and text them back to the office.

Pros
Scheduling tasks is very easy, and rescheduling or reassigning them is even easier! Plus, Projul's customer support is amazing, they're always available and very helpful.
Cons
We're currently missing the ability to add photos and documents, but support has assured us that this will be available soon. Also, we weren't thrilled with the monthly scheduling interface, but they updated it a few weeks ago and it's now fantastic! (Sorry, that's not a downside.)

Pros
After a family member asked me to help her find software for her new remodeling company, I recommended Projul. Its ease of use has made entering a new industry much simpler than expected. This is mainly because Projul covers all major needs, including scheduling, task management, reporting metrics, and an integrated CRM system.
Cons
Although we use another software for estimates and invoicing right now, it would be nice to have everything integrated into one system. We've been told by multiple Projul representatives that this is in development.

Pros
It's intuitive and easy to use. Projul's reports are lightweight but useful and easy to understand. Even though scheduling is project-specific, individual schedules connect to a master schedule, making it easy to see how far out I'm booked and the status of each project.
Cons
Projul currently doesn't offer estimates, invoices, or payment integration.

Pros
It works great for tracking leads, setting reminders for follow-ups, and scheduling client meetings. Notifications remind me when tasks are due, and reports help me understand where new business is coming from.
Cons
It could benefit from more reports. I'm also waiting on estimates and invoices. Overall, my daily routine has significantly improved since I started using Projul. The software manages my tasks well, helping me stay focused and get more done, which definitely justifies its cost.

Pros
The best part about Projul is how simple it was to set up and start seeing results. In the first week, I booked 25% more consultations thanks to Projul's Sales Pipeline. Seriously, this is something I've been trying to achieve for the last two years!
Cons
I'm interested in tracking my costs, and it seems like this feature is coming soon, so for now, I'll have to continue tracking job costs manually.
