“flexible reporting and customization”
Pros
Their team has been fantastic to work with. We needed a Service Management platform with more customization and being able to report on our data exactly the way we want and need to see it has been a big plus.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is the option to automatically export and email reports in Excel format instead of only .pdfs.
