QuickBooks may assign the same number when two users are creating purchase or sales orders at the same time. This can create confusion.

QuickBooks Enterprise made handling multi entity accounting a lot easier without needing any third party tools. The audit process is simple and it helps keep everything compliant. Very helpful when I need detailed reports.

Every now and then, I find myself waiting a while to upload large vendor payment files or older invoices.
