“Powerful accounting tool
Pros
What I really appreciate about it is how simple it is to save each journal entry. There's no need for specific vouchers and we can just save everything into one voucher by simply debiting and crediting the accounts.
Cons
From my experience, the software tends to run a bit slow at times and occasionally it freezes up. I am not sure why but it happens more when I'm working online. Also the pop up ads can be quite annoying and distracting.

“Excellent platform for accounting
Pros
I was happy to see it just worked without any issues. Of course the responsibility is on me to make sure its set up properly and that I'm using all its features for the best possible experience.
Cons
Its definitely on the expensive side for accounting software and the payroll module comes with a hefty additional charge.

“prganized and User friendly software
Pros
I really enjoy how easy it is to use especially when linking invoices to payments. Sending invoices straight to my clients helps me keep everything organized in one spot.
Cons
I often find it tough to locate the reports I need or any other relevant info. The help and support section online can a bit complicated to handle.

Pros
The invoicing, monthly reports and financial tasks are very easy to manage and time saving features that have made my life a lot easier.
Cons
It is a real challenge to reach the right customer service section at times. I've been put on hold multiple times only to be transferred to another department.

“Easy even if you're not an accountant
Pros
QuickBooks Enterprise is a massive program that can handle multiple lists and items. For those who need to access past data across the platform, it works wonderfully. It's really user friendly even if you're not an accountant. Invoicing, receiving payments and managing inventory are all solid aspects of this software.
Cons
It has its issues. As the lists grow, the system tends to slow down. As the load increases the system gets slower. Customer service is not up to the mark sometimes. I used to be a Pro Advisor for Intuit and back then their customer service was top notch. They had dedicated representatives who would see issues through to resolution. Now with outsourced support, its much harder to get a proper resolution without explaining everything over and over again. Also at one point, you could buy the software outright but now its subscription based and the rising costs are becoming a bit too much.

Pros
It's so simple to use and I love that! The system offers lots of ways to serve our Association from estimates to bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll. It's an all in one solution that makes communication with customers much easier.
Cons
Getting online support during peak times can be quite challenging. This becomes really annoying when I'm up against a deadline.

“Perfect for medium sized companies
Pros
We found this software quite user friendly. The reports are awesome and it is quick to learn and save the reports. Plus, Enterprise gives you a lot of tags to attach to each transaction for reporting.
Cons
Reaching customer service can be hard. Often when doing the annual update, you get locked out and need support to get back in. Even when the owner calls to provide new contacts, they make it unnecessarily complicated. It'd be a lot better if there were improved search features for audit reports.

“QuickBooks never disappoints!
Pros
QuickBooks Enterprise is essential for any business regardless of size. We can easily keep track of multiple offices across the country and even hire people with little to no experience to manage the finances! No expertise needed when you have QuickBooks.
Cons
It doesn't have many downsides but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that it still does not have its own separate app.

Cons

I find it very useful overall. It's so easy to use and whenever we have issues, the customer service has been great. They are cooperative and always there for you.

“QuickBooks from an Accountant's perspective
Pros
As a first time QuickBooks user, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get the hang of the program. I liked the clean design of the dashboard and how simple it was to write checks, make deposits and more. Everything was super easy to find, making it a great resource for our company.
Cons
We did face a few minor issues with the software. For instance we entered a journal entry and when we ran financial reports, it was there and everything seemed fine. However the next week, the same report showed the journal entry was missing which threw off our numbers. We were left wondering if the entry would show up or not. Thankfully it eventually appeared again. Other than that, there haven't been many problems.

Pros
Appreciate how user friendly the software is. There's a ton of reports available and customer service is very professional. Sharing data is not difficult and my accountant uses it too.
Cons
It's a bit pricey. You have to pay for the software upfront and then also pay a monthly fee. That said there are other software options that are even more expensive.

One of the best features for me was the ability to assign specific roles to users. I could give team leads control over their budgets and easily check their expenses in QuickBooks Enterprise.
Cons
It takes a long time to generate detailed transaction reports especially when running reports for different fiscal years. Can be quite time taking.
