Its very user-friendly. Even employees who are not tech-savvy have no trouble using it.

The accessibility and simple interface make it easy for employees new to online software to integrate. The surveys are also very helpful, providing easily computable data that everyone can access.

There is not much that can be tailored to our specific needs. We have discussed certain features or abilities we did like with your team, but they have not been able to meet those needs.

Pros

The ease of use for field employees is great. I love that we can customize our cost codes and track prevailing wage classifications. Our field guys get notified when their time cards are ready, and its very easy for them to approve them. The project gallery is simple to use and upload, and the OneDrive integration is fantastic for our team!

Raken has been very easy to use. It would be great if there were more customizable features available.

I do not like having to contact Tech Support when one of the Techs gets locked out of the app. It would be quicker and easier if I had the option to reset their password myself.

I love the daily report. Our owners and CMs enjoy seeing it every day. They never have to worry about what is going on thanks to the detailed write-up and included pictures.

So far, I do not dislike anything about it. When used correctly, it provides a lot of valuable information.

Reporting needs to be more customizable. The Material module only tracks consumption and does not track overall inventory.

I have to download a report, make the necessary changes and this makes it difficult to produce the same report consistently over time.

With Raken, I can easily upload field notes and progress photos. I've also created customized checklists for project initiation, preconstruction, progress meetings and punch lists.

It would be better if the checklists were accessible directly from the main screen where the daily report is listed. This would help team members remember them as they are currently a bit buried and not intuitive to find.

I found logging into the app simple and locating the current job I'm working on easy. Uploading photos of the day's assignment is simple, too. I'm still learning about the app and the process, but so far it seems like a good app to use.

It can be glitchy. I do not like that you cannot add pictures to the equipment if you have already passed that day.

Producing quality daily reports at construction sites used to be challenging. Raken gave us an "Easy" button. It's hard to imagine life before Raken.

Cons

Raken has some excellent checklist features for collecting data on the mobile app. The only downside is that I cannot access the data behind these checklists beyond the PDF report the checklist produces.

All our Foremen, Superintendents and Project Managers use this software. It's perfect for keeping up with field activities and ensures accountability for each crew to meet standards and specs.

Cons

It would be great if the software could integrate more with the devices GPS for features like time cards. While it uses GPS to set up a project by using my current location as the project address, it would be helpful to know where employees are when they clock in as well.

Offline functionality, ease of use and price are all great. The app interface for data collection, combined with the desktop site for organization and processing, seamlessly connects my field operators with my office support team, so we never miss a beat!

Cons

I did like more customization options, but since we have not completed our full setup yet, I am sure its coming. It would be useful to assign tasks to multiple people without having to recreate the task. Also, having name and time stamps on notes would be beneficial.

It is easy to start using and needs minimal instruction. The daily report looks great once processed.

The updates seem to downgrade the system. We have not been excited about any of the updates so far. The last one even removed many of the features we liked.

The software does not allow me to edit entries. I have to delete and re-enter them, which can be bothersome.

It is pretty productive software that gets things going. simple to use. enables foremen and supervisors to submit comprehensive field reports. you can also share links to images, audio, video, descriptions, and the weather.

Cons

When it first started, it didnt have all the features, but they listened to us and kept adding new ones. I would like to see more GPS functions for authenticating time cards in the future.
