“Does NOT integrate with Sage300”

I was promised a time card app that would integrate with our Sage300 cost coding and be up and running within 6 weeks but it never happened.
Cons
After 21 weeks, Raken still has not delivered a working app, and I am still waiting. Whats more frustrating is their complete refusal to refund, address, fix or even acknowledge the problem, except to say, I will look into your request. I have no working app, yet they have my money. I am happy to share all documents to prove this. Contact me if you want to see all emails and details.

With Raken, other team members can access information. It provides office workers with a view of daily activities and photos without needing to be onsite, allowing us to communicate and collaborate on job issues.

Pros
After completing the setup, I was amazed at how easily we could upload pay hours and gather reports. Most workers adjusted to it quite well.
Cons
Equipment tracking is currently the worst feature. You can only add equipment by hours and cannot separate it into different segments. Moving equipment in and out of projects creates multiple entries which makes it really hard to track.
