I can see the whole week and easily know what my techs are up to.
Cons
It's not easy to track older jobs, and if I enter a previous week and go back, I have to start over.

Pros
RazorSync allows me to access our customer database, schedule appointments, and invoice all in one convenient place. I can check sales and inventory reports.
Cons
Our technicians in the field can have difficulty processing credit cards or accessing the schedule if cell signals are too low.

“LOVE IT!
Pros
I do all my scheduling through this system. I love the app and what I use on the computer. I can go anywhere and use any computer or smartphone and get the most out of it. If something is not quite working with my life, I can always find a way to make this system work. I don't think I use all the features to their fullest, but they're there for me once I figure them out or have help figuring them out.
Cons
Sometimes I have to figure things out, but I can't think of much I don't like. When I started using it five years ago, it was difficult until it wasn't. Everything takes some getting used to, and this required some learning but wasn't too challenging. Just growing pains.

It's simple to use and keeps track of everything.
Cons
The time clock is too easy to clock out of accidentally without realizing it. When entering parts, if I select a part used, it backs out completely, so if I need more parts under one subcategory, I have to start from the beginning every time. Sometimes, when typing in a field, if I accidentally hit outside of it, it closes, and I lose what I typed.
