“Prices keep rising
Pros
I needed a system to remotely access our customers' information and scheduling, and this accomplished that.
Cons
The prices keep rising. I've been using RazorSync for about three years now and am paying more than double what I initially did without any changes in my usage or improvements that benefit my company.

Pros
I appreciate the layout being easy to read because it is not overcrowded. Information is accessible and well-labeled.
Cons
There are far too many steps to creating invoices. The county never matches the town. When setting up recurring payments, I have to manually input the amount for each work order, even when all the correct information is already set.

Pros
Using RazorSync daily, I experience both its strengths and weaknesses. Some days it works perfectly, and other days it has issues. These are my experiences with this program.
Cons
The improvement should be figuring out why we experience internal pages getting lost every other day. This has been happening pretty regularly since I started using the program. It slows down my productivity, and I can't do most of my work when it's down.

“The new version of RazorSync still needs a lot of work
Pros
It's easy and simple to navigate when dealing with problems in the field. The app doesn't add to the issues.
Cons
I have to add an extra step to get to my work orders or work details. If the app doesn't load completely, I have to remove and reinstall it on my phone. Everyone is having the same problem.

“Great for Service technicians
Pros
RazorSync is an excellent tool for our needs as we move from job to job daily. Creating customers on the fly and invoicing them immediately is very valuable. Accepting payments later is a breeze, and being able to email our customers afterward for their records is fantastic.
Cons
My only complaint is how the software defaults to the "invoiced - paid" status after creating and editing an invoice. I don't understand why it does this by default. It should only change to that status once the customer has actually made a payment and we've processed it through the app by pressing the "payment" button.

Pros
I love that I can add new clients and multiple addresses, phone numbers, and job titles. I can see the daily schedule, run reports, and track services we provide and need to provide soon.
Cons
When I have a name connected to an invoice, it can't be removed from the software, so I have to delete all the invoices attached to that name or service address.

I enjoyed interacting and training with the sales and onboarding teams. Their upbeat and positive energy made me feel good about doing business with their company. Their customer service is excellent, and they were accommodating, helping me use the product in various ways to fit my individual business needs.
Cons
The product itself needs a fresh look. If they hired a few designers to make it look and feel modern, it would help tremendously. However, the scheduling tool made me look at other products. Although I liked the drag-and-drop feature and the quick job scheduling, I couldn't get the view choices to work for me. Sometimes our scheduled jobs overlap for a particular user, making it look messy and hard to read.

Pros
I've been using this for only six weeks. Learning the process to set appointments was easy. If I forget to complete a field, it won't upload but instead tells me what's missing. There's plenty of room for notes so the technician is well-informed before going to the customer's home.
Cons
I've only been using the product for six weeks and haven't found any cons yet.

It's easy to see how navigation of the software should work. The schedule is clear and offers multiple views for daily, weekly, and monthly.
Cons
It's very glitchy. It works one day, kicks us out the next. Places don't seem to connect , for example, customer notes will appear in one spot for administration, but then the techs don't see it. Techs will enter customer notes, and administration can't find them.
