“Works for regular teams
Pros
I've been using this for a long time in construction and since a lot of companies we work with know the terms and how it works, everything just flows smoother. It really helps with communication.
Cons
Some of the features can be buggy or feel outdated at times and honestly, some parts aren't very intuitive. One thing I'd really like to see is the expense feature improved. Right now, it mostly handles reimbursements but it would be great if it could also work better for employees who have company cards and don't need reimbursements all the time.

“Easy to use
Pros
I like how simple it is. The terms and overall setup are really nice. It's easy to use and super user friendly. I especially love the set rate amount when adding or editing an employee and it makes finding actual costs way easier and I'm really thankful for that.
Cons
I'd say the main issue is the bugs in the system. Also, there are parts of the app that we don't really use or need and it'd be nice if those could be turned off or removed. I get that might not be possible but having the option to disable features we don't use would make it a lot cleaner for us.

“Feels simple to use
Pros
Using it is simple from start to finish. I especially like how bidding and awarding subcontracts works within the platform....it's clear and removes a lot of the back-and-forth that usually slows things down. I can manage the entire process in one place which saves time and reduces errors. It's honestly made handling subcontracts one of the easier parts of my workflow.
Cons
I actually prefer the live helpline instead of relying on the online chat feature.

Pros
I'm really impressed with their customer support. They are always helpful and I love how simple the messenger is to use!

Pros
What I rely on and appreciate most are the accounting tools, every bit of data is right at my fingertips and my project managers can check the status of owner and subcontractor payments themselves instead of needing to interrupt me to ask.

“Project hyperlink needs work
Pros
Using this platform I can blast out Invitations to Bid en masse and keep a clear record of all invitation responses which makes follow-up much easier.
Cons
The project hyperlink is unreliable and needs work. Subcontractors can register multiple company profiles and duplicate contact records which makes managing vendors chaotic. Also I don't receive subcontractor sub-quotes, they aren't routed to the contractor so I have to open each project individually to hunt them down.

Pros

Pros
It is an all-in-one solution for all my software needs. I love using it to simultaneously build many projects in various places, ranging from single-family homes to multi-family homes, accounting and so much more. Also it has offered invaluable instructional resources and has tools for both newbies and seasoned construction workers.

“Great help for project management
Pros
RedTeam is a system that tracks everything from the beginning to the end of the project, which is a huge plus for us.
Cons
I think there are some functions in RedTeam, particularly those involving passwords, that feel pretty basic and don't facilitate much. The password setup process could benefit from added security features, such as multi-factor authentication or more simple access management tools to ensure easier yet secure access for our team. Enhanced password options would make it more efficient and give a stronger sense of security for handling project data and sensitive information. Overall, a solid login system would make RedTeam's project management better.

“Looking forward to the new release
Pros
The user interface feels clean and is simple to pick up. I've found the project budget to be the starting point for every project and it's easy to configure and define within the project budget worksheet. Subcontract management is kept efficient, customized to each project and I find it very simple to update and adjust the subcontract templates for individual subcontractors on a job and then send them out for electronic signature.
Cons
I find the scheduling tool awkward and it doesn't integrate smoothly with updates coming from the daily report area of the mobile app. That said I've had a peek at the upcoming product during its alpha test before the beta and the changes I've seen are huge improvements. “Saves a lot of time
Pros
The single thing I value most about this software is that it's the most comprehensive project-management system we've used. On top of that the amount of time saved across tasks from contracts to Change Orders has been massive for our operations. Like I noted earlier our previous way of working is effectively obsolete. There were a lot of problems with how we handled processes before so this solution helps us get our documents in order and keeps us much more focused on actually running our projects.
Cons
We don't really expect to use the scheduling portion of this software. It just doesn't have the capabilities that something like Microsoft Project offers. That said it's not a deal-breaker for us because we simply build our schedules in MP and then upload those MP files into PASKR afterwards so our workflow stays intact. Overall it's a minor limitation in an otherwise solid package.

“Brings the whole team together
Pros
There are a lot of parts of PASKR that have genuinely made life at our construction firm easier. I actually named this review consolidation, efficiency, support for a reason. By using PASKR we've been able to pull together the multitude of documents for every phase of a project into one place. Nothing kills productivity faster than people across the company using different systems and formats to handle the many tasks we all manage. From pre-construction, distributing plans, estimating and contracting, through construction and closeout, PASKR brings the whole team together and creates consistent documentation from one project to the next. It doesn't just organize processes internally. It also gives our subcontractor network direct access and communication so they can quickly see and understand all the important job details. Our field crew really appreciates the punchlist feature, they can record every fix or improvement that's needed, immediately assign which subcontractor is responsible, note exactly where and when the issue was spotted and then send emails right away to notify the subcontractors. And I have to mention the support, it stands out compared to any other construction software I've used. Live chat support is available every day and the reps can answer questions on the spot, whether the issue is big or small. On top of that, PASKR includes an extensive library of tutorial videos that our team uses regularly.

“Keeps getting better
Pros
As someone who works with Paskr, I've seen it continually evolve to help us move faster across every facet of project management. It feels user-friendly and it keeps everything organized. RFIs, meeting notes, submittals, daily logs and a host of other records are all in one place. Within our company it's used widely, from field supers to project managers and even our estimator. It also simplifies sending documents to subs for bids, addendums, ASIs, PCOs and change orders.
Cons
Honestly the only downside I can point to is that it's not yet compatible with every other software we use. That said I've noticed the Paskr team is relentless about closing those gaps and constantly working on better integrations. They seem committed to making it cover all construction needs, whether it's issuing contracts, tying into accounting systems or handling all the processes in between.

“Boosted our efficiency
Pros
One of the biggest benefits I notice is how much efficiency it brings to our organization. We have far less paperwork thanks to the platform's basic workflows. On a day-to-day level it saves us both time and money and it gives us useful checks and balances for our project finances and operational processes.
Cons
Every so often I run into programming bugs but that seems inevitable and Paskr typically fixes them quickly. What frustrates me more is the planroom, I wish it were more user-friendly and that annotating plans was simpler. I also want more control over document approval workflows. Right now, when I try to restrict permissions it removes access for everyone else in the same role so taking rights away from one person ends up affecting all other employees in that category (superintendent, project manager, accountant).

Pros
For our team, it made things incredibly simple. After integrating our company contacts we were operational almost instantly. The way estimates flow into contracts and then into project management saves us a ton of time. The chat support and training have been excellent!
Cons
We could really use the ability to tweak or fully customize reports. We're also running into internal snags around contract approvals. Some of it's just learning to work the "Paskr" way but additional options to customize and to expand job-level contact fields for subs would genuinely help our workflow.

Cons
From my experience like most software it has its limitations. You really have to stay inside the provided boundaries and fully switch away from your existing system to get the most benefit from it. Pros
Its an excellent hub for keeping all the CM documentation we need from bidding through closeout in one convenient place. One of the standout benefits is how it helps us bring consistency to our project management processes across items like subcontracts, billing and invoicing, submittals, progress meetings and more.
Cons

Cons
Our company relies on Sage 300 and unfortunately it refuses to allow integration with PASKR. While that's not something PASKR is responsible for, it remains the largest obstacle we need to work around. Several things come to mind when I think about what I like in this software. For one, the integration between estimating and operations has removed a lot of wasted time for our team. Creating contracts, exhibits and other documents is very simple.
